It is a nice hotel, with great views if your room over looks the sea side, but also you wouldn't get a bad view if you are facing the city. The rooms are pretty quiet and decent in size. The breakfast had a variety of choices to what you could call an all you can eat buffet. The cons: The elevators were a bit slow but that was due to the excessive amount of guests.

The hotel is well located on the hwy, which makes it a great place to mobilize. Additionally, the breakfast here is gr8, and the SPA is truly mystic. The indoor pool is huge, and it has a great steam room. We stayed 11 nights here, which were blissful. Special thanks to the amazing staff here. Without them, our stay wouldn't have been this pleasant. Again thanks team.

We went to the Novotel in Trabzon for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The staff, including the hotel manager were very helpful and kind. They managed everything in a professional manner. Due to the COVID restrictions, the Spa was closed but they showed a lot of attention to keep us happy. The hotel was very clean and the prepared food was excellent. Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very small . Very old service in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and cooperative. I don’t rate as 5 stars . Comments here had worried me, but there wasn't any glaring deficiency in terms of the room and breakfast's standards. Breakfast actually went beyond my expectations. Receptionists were all well-mannered in dealing with guests plus decent English. However, the gym facilities and pool fall far short of five-star.

My stay at Double tree by Hilton was amazing and relaxing. It is clean and the room service is responsive and cooperative. Very hospitable and lovely reception too cooperative especially zyad amazing location on the beach just need to improve there breakfast

The hotel is clean and good breakfast but the location is far from the city, the view is nice, the price is not worth the hotel. Spa doesnt function, no available gym, just 2treadmils, turkish hamam is out of service. The pool is small as well.

Acceptable stay, very good cooperative staff, its main disadvatages are being away from city and tourist attractive places , second its housekeeping is not clean enough.

The place is good the view is good but the furniture is not that new But the room is spacious The food is good not bad for a quick snack Just the front desk staff speaks English and the other are Turkish only

Royal Comfort Hotel is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine!! The rooms are comfortable and dealing with the hotel staff is quick and easy. They have many restaurants and play area in the same building as well as a grocery store which is very convenient. The location is close to downtown arakli, just walking 7 mins! Amazing views from the room😍

Unfortunately room was very small and with no out window, room service is bad I called them many times till they come to me after long time and other call they don’t came. I booked for two nights for around 195$ with bad service.

Great hotel. The rooms are good. Breakfast includes many things. There is a parking in front of the hotel and on the basement. Location is in front of the sea. There is no common attractive places there except the sea view, but the hotel between Trabzon and Rize so its good if you want to stay between these 2 cities. I really loved the stay here: AMAZING view , big apartment that feels like home, under the hotel you can find grocery shop and coffee shop and pizza place. Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages. The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

Clean, quite, good polite staff,and adorable view. Suitable for who need the quite, be far away from noise, and have a car.

Best hotel in Arakli, comfortable rooms and good cleaning service. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and stay.
