We had great time as this hotel is in the heart of the city centre. It is in a walking distance to many historical locations, black sea shore and attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, big thanks to them

This is a great place to stay while in Trabzon. Easy walking distance to points of interest and shopping. Beds are firm and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very good. If you want more, go pay more elsewhere

Great place to stay, it's clean and not in a busy or crowded area. The view is amazing, and the staff are so nice. The breakfast is also good.

We only stayed one night but wish it was for longer. If we come back to Trabzon would be happy to stay here again

Its location is very good (15-20 minutes walk from the central area of the city (meydan) and surrounded with all services. The staff are very nice, especially the manager Mr. Erkan, and the kitchen female workers

You get what you pay for, not bad if you spend your time mostly outdoors and need to spend a night. It is very close to the bus terminal if you travel via bus. There are lots of restaurants near by

Staff was friendly, you have option to get a room with AC or without. Staff let us leave our luggage while we were traveling to Sumela monastery

price is acceptable but location no there is a lot of noise in the morning and WiFi signal is poor inside your room

What an amazing manager ,he giva us a room at 7 am and invit us for breakfast , a lot of advices who to visit Trabazon , location was great , the Dolomsh ( minivan for transportation just 2 mints walk ) to airport or Mydany , just few steps to Forum Mall , supermarket just down and resturants 2 blocks

Good for a shot stay. Not outstanding but not bad. Price make it advantageous.

The hotel was in a good location about a 5 minute walk to my meeting point for my Sumela Monastery tour transport, and on my final day for taking a dolmus to Ataturk Pavilion (I also walked in the quiet neighborhood by the Pavilion)

It is an easy walk to the town center where there are restaurant choices, and I also walked down to a park by the Sea which was beautiful and pleasant before catching dinner

I rated this hotel high because of the overall value which was perfect for my needs, and it was very clean. People in town and my tour guides were familiar with the hotel

I booked the discounted room so a tall person may not like the slanted roofline (especially in the bathroom). My room had interesting views of the city

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish inn. The lobby is large and has a Middle Eastern atmosphere in a good way. Recommended for backpackers and other low-cost overseas travelers

Poor father. They won't let you sleep in the mosque courtyard for the price we stayed.

The room wasn't really big, but it is ideal, even for two persons. I noticed that they clean the room everyday, as I was receiving new bottles of water and cay, which is really nice touch

When I arrived at the hotel, I thought that they will take all the amount from the card for the room, but they told me that they took only a part of it and the rest I have to pay in cash

But the reception allowed me to go to the room and leave my stuffs and then go to the ATM. They also told me that they upgraded my room to a double bed room free of charge, which was really kind

Amazing hotel ... very clean and near everything ... only thing is there is no parking for the car and you have to stop in paid parking but other than that perfect...

One of the most modern hostels in Trabzon. Sedat owner is a little crazy. Going to Mongolia motorcycle when bored or something. There is also a huge climbing wall in the country.

This is not Biltepe Dormitory anymore. This dormitory is closed. Doga College bought this place and started primary and secondary school education.

Vety nice place. We had a 100m2 apartment for such small price. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful even though they don't speak English at all.

If you have an early morning flight, you can stay right across the airport.

A magnificent mosque is really peaceful de, it is an ancient precious mosque 🤗, while it is there when the person is there and feels how peaceful it is ❣ It is located in the middle of the bazaar, if you go there you must go, pray and visit oraya

I think The mosque was epic and looks like Alice Wonder word because it is located to old city and narrowed street however it widen the prayer horizon

The apartment has a cooker and a kettle and everything is new and clean, flat, five stars, brothers at the reception, staff are very helpful and generous and their ethics is high

I would recommend to anyone visiting Trabzon to live in it. there is a kitchen but no utensils. also a washing machine and dishwasher are available. a quiet hotel with no hassles and the staff's treatment is great

One big problem you book online & on arrival attempt to pay with credit or debit card, they put on a big act that your card is declined! It is not! This is done to force you to pay cash, we tried four different visa, mastercd, debit all declined, but banks confirmed the hotel never tried to take any money, you have been warned

The location is located in a good area. So close to the city centre When you're in the center and go out from the hotel step 3.

It’s excellent place to stay in especially with thy guy named morad he is very kind and helpful he can talk Arabic and english, the place is very clean and it’s beside the airport of trabzon I really recommend this place
