Ramada Plaza Trabzon exceeded expectations! Modern rooms with balconies, diverse dining, pools, spa, and a private beach made for a luxurious stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious, and the Black Sea views breathtaking. Highly recommend! Just don't take city view as it's too noisy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The spa facilities, the pool, gym, beach access, palm trees, food and rooms were top notch. The front of house was very good, as were the friendly housekeeping team. Other members of staff were not as smiley though. The hotel parrot seemed well fed - a bit bored though, he became sad when we stopped giving him attention - could you please give him some more toys...

It is a nice hotel, with great views if your room over looks the sea side, but also you wouldn't get a bad view if you are facing the city. The rooms are pretty quiet and decent in size. The breakfast had a variety of choices to what you could call an all you can eat buffet. The cons: The elevators were a bit slow but that was due to the excessive amount of guests.

The hotel is well located on the hwy, which makes it a great place to mobilize. Additionally, the breakfast here is gr8, and the SPA is truly mystic. The indoor pool is huge, and it has a great steam room. We stayed 11 nights here, which were blissful. Special thanks to the amazing staff here. Without them, our stay wouldn't have been this pleasant. Again thanks team.

The hotel itself is very nice. All around is clean and neat. It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar.In overall i would highly recommend this place.

Stayed at this business hotel for a night. My experience was great considering the rooms, staff, food and location. Rooms have fantastic seaview with a beach right in the front. Especially the manager is a great guy who is trying to help you out with the city personally. I recommend this nice seaside hotel whom are visiting Trabzon.

We went to the Novotel in Trabzon for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The staff, including the hotel manager were very helpful and kind. They managed everything in a professional manner. Due to the COVID restrictions, the Spa was closed but they showed a lot of attention to keep us happy. The hotel was very clean and the prepared food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family . Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor. They keep my reservation till I checked In late in the night on the day of arrival ??. Pros. Central location close to the main square. Many restaurants nearby. Beach front is a quick 10 minute walk. Customer service is impeccable. Comments here had worried me, but there wasn't any glaring deficiency in terms of the room and breakfast's standards. Breakfast actually went beyond my expectations. Receptionists were all well-mannered in dealing with guests plus decent English. However, the gym facilities and pool fall far short of five-star.

Great five star hotel in the Middle of the main street close to trabzon Square. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. Rooms are good, breakfast was also lavish asper European standards

The rooms are not big enough , and the toilet is smaller even in Master rooms. They don't let you enter any food in the rooms, including delivery. Kindly note that there is no key eye in the rooms.

Good hotel

An average hotel with a reasonable price. The hotel is old but clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned every day. Normal but quality breakfast. It has a very good location.What bothered me a lot was that the shower cabin has no door and water comes into the toilet during the shower. It's very bad thing and after shower every where became wet.

AC in the room was not working, only one receptionist listened to our complain and did an action by changing the room . Other receptionist were not helpful despite multiple reminders.

It is my 3rd location during my black sea tour to stay. This hotel is sitting at top of my list and deserves more than 5 stars review. In short rooms, cleanliness, food quality, and service quality with always smile expressions from staff are at excellent level. One more note hotel's location is super easy to commute with public transport.

I would highly recommend anyone to reserve in your hotel. Rooms’ spaces are very good, breakfast was my favorite, in front desk talk Arabic & English & they’re so kind. My only comment that they have to improve their quality of housekeeping! They don’t add most of disposable things related to personal care when they clean rooms. I had to call reception each time! This is the first time for me in Trabzon at the Park Dedeman Hotel. First, the hotel staff are really nice and friendly, each and everyone of them. They would answer every request immediately. Good hotel for it's money, clean and quite comfortable. Stuff speaks English, very helpful. Minuses: during 2 days stay, they didn't do room service, didn't bring water, neither clean towels; if you walk from the airport be ready to climb the hill; still you hear noise produced by the airplanes. Great hotel close by the center of Trabzon. Husam was a lot of help getting us the right room and assisted me in getting my laundry done. Rooms were clean and lobby was very nice.

Royal Comfort Hotel is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine!! The rooms are comfortable and dealing with the hotel staff is quick and easy. I really loved the stay here: AMAZING view , big apartment that feels like home, under the hotel you can find grocery shop and coffee shop and pizza place. Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages. The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

The rooms is so small and not very clean the service is bad we asked for baby bed they give us a laundry bag with small Mattress inside it and the safe lock was not working,we asked them many times to fix it but no one did it No mention that the reciption guy was rude with us when we told him about how the rooms is so small.

We had a classic double room with street view, the room was spacious, bigger than most rooms in Turkish hotels. I went for massage at the spa by Eda she is very friendly and her massage relieved me alot from muscle aches and headaches. I came back a week later and did massage and turkish bath. It was a pleasant expirence and I will come back for the third time and more.also Mariam the recipionest was kind and helpful.
