The hotel parrot seemed well fed - a bit bored though, he became sad when we stopped giving him attention - could you please give him some more toys? They are highly sociable, intelligent birds and need stimulation

Nice place, very helpful and friendly stuff. Big Resturant with beautiful city view. We ordered dinner from room service and the food was delicious. Only rooms are little small but fine with all other plus points

It's amazing and really cool view. But there isn't any thing that I can clean with So my apartment get dirty allot and I couldn't clean it And there is no room service..

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions their answer is "sorry we don't have" like when I asked for extra clothes hangers, they said sorry we don't have, Yet when I tipped the house keeper (sweet person) she brought me many! Weird! The room is so noisy cuz it's on the highway on the traffic light intersection, the sound proof wall is so weak its really annoying...

Unfortunately one day I smelled a smoke which I hate the most and I have kids. When I asked about it, he said all rooms are allowed to smoke in! I didn't know that and it was never mentioned in the hotel description

The breakfast is moderate (not bad) the WiFi net speed is slow. I checked-in around 4:30 pm and I still waited around 30 minutes till I got a room although I informed the property of my check-in time

A small garden, Cafe, kids area and super close beach shore that makes it complete and hearing the waves sound makes it enjoyable all the times

they showed interest, we liked it very much, God bless you, it is very clean, very decent, it is a beautiful place, they are very interested, so I really recommend you go see it, stay and you will be very comfortable

Check in was smooth even we had a small struggle to get the room we had reserved on booking however the reception team specially belal also ayesha made sure that we get things right and they were super helpful, friendly and responsive to all requests

We had good experience here and this hotel is truly the beast or st least one of the best here in Trabzon

Beautiful view of the beach and green landscape from the sea view rooms. It had great and new furniture when I stayed 5 years ago. Unfortunately now some of the facilities do not appear to be well maintained

It was an excellent property with very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and certainly will visit again!! Food was amazing and service was excellent! I highly recommend this property.

It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar. In overall i would highly recommend this place

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family. Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor

Due to the COVID restrictions, the Spa was closed but they showed a lot of attention to keep us happy. The hotel was very clean and the prepared food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel

The food was excellent and not badly priced for a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed the food and appreciated the helpful service! I would recommend at least trying the restaurant, if not possibly spending the night too

Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages. The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

They have many restaurants and play area in the same building as well as a grocery store which is very convenient. The location is close to downtown arakli, just walking 7 mins! Amazing views from the room😍

The staff The breakfast was good but the food needs to be covered. Flies were sitting on the food. The tour from the hotel to Uzongul was good. The location was perfect just in town center

For the first time, I saw charging for eggs on live station if you need fresh omelette 😁. They need a solid upgrade to be in the 4-star Hotel Category. Reception staff was really good

Rooms are small ( at least what we got), no napkins in the room, only one small water bottle for double occupancy, No glasses, No tea cups, only two paper cups every day for tea

I went for massage at the spa by Eda she is very friendly and her massage relieved me alot from muscle aches and headaches. I came back a week later and did massage and turkish bath

The rooms were new , clean and big enough The breakfast was delicious and lots of varieties The hotel is closed by the airport and you can find some stores around but i didn't see any supermarkets.

We come from Jordan & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star bed and breakfast. Located in yomra 5 minutes off the yomra beach and only 2 minutes off the many markets

Neighborhood was quite and had all the amenities super close by. Rooms were a fit large size & super maintained and cleaned every day, and also the kitchen/ restaurant was accessible and breakfast was rich

Staff were wonderful; there was specifically this Turkish receptionist she was such a kind polite person named "urzo" & hotel manager "Mr. I recommend staying here whenever you are in the area

Even though the whole Trabzon city doesn’t had anything special we enjoyed one night in here. They have good room service but the restaurants inside of the hotel wasn’t working late

We ordered food from the room service but the burger meat was burned also the chicken inside of the ceaser salad was not good. We couldn’t eat the food at all

It is close to the airport and if you need to go to the city, there's a minibus stop just across the street. Also the beach is a 15 min walk

It was clean, nice staff, breakfast was do basic, rooms where really clean and tidy but they where small. 5 min away from the airport. Definitely we will come back again.

You hardly see it and the store is a great place for a late nigh snack not to mention a very convenient place to gas up before returning the rental car. Property is very close to both the old and new sections of town

It is well staffed and they, for most parts speak English. Breakfast service is very unique in that they serve you a plate full of cheese and jams…. and then offer an a la carte of eggs or other hot item

They were more than happy to bring us anything on the cold plate that we wanted more of. Also don’t let the other reviews influence you about the hotel being located near a petrol station
