We generally enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite nice with a seaview. Staff was friendly and food was great. The only downside is the walls between rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours all night 😬. Other wise I would have loved it more

Ramada Plaza Trabzon exceeded expectations! Modern rooms with balconies, diverse dining, pools, spa, and a private beach made for a luxurious stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious, and the Black Sea views breathtaking. Highly recommend! Just don't take city view as it's too noisy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The spa facilities, the pool, gym, beach access, palm trees, food and rooms were top notch. The front of house was very good, as were the friendly housekeeping team. Other members of staff were not as smiley though. The hotel parrot seemed well fed - a bit bored though, he became sad when we stopped giving him attention - could you please give him some more toys...

The hotel itself is very nice. All around is clean and neat. It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar.In overall i would highly recommend this place.

Stayed at this business hotel for a night. My experience was great considering the rooms, staff, food and location. Rooms have fantastic seaview with a beach right in the front. Especially the manager is a great guy who is trying to help you out with the city personally. I recommend this nice seaside hotel whom are visiting Trabzon.

We went to the Novotel in Trabzon for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The staff, including the hotel manager were very helpful and kind. They managed everything in a professional manner. Due to the COVID restrictions, the Spa was closed but they showed a lot of attention to keep us happy. The hotel was very clean and the prepared food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family . Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor. They keep my reservation till I checked In late in the night on the day of arrival ??. The hotel is located a little further from the city, when you go there, be sure to choose a room with a view of the sea. Breakfast was fine, but lunch and dinner were not very suitable. The food was like from school. But the hotel is nice and the lobby is beautiful

Check in was the smoothest out of all the Hilton stays so far in Turkiye. (I'm 2 weeks into my travel, almost done). The front desk has a team that can speak English, this is helpful. My stay at Double tree by Hilton was amazing and relaxing. It is clean and the room service is responsive and cooperative. Also the food was amazing and the waiters and waitresses were helpful and friendly, especially Hakan Kose, Chef Erol, Busra, Berna, and Hamza. I was here before three years ago. I remembered that it was a good hotel, clean, organized and near to the airport. So it was quite noisy especially at night. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide range of food options. Staff wasn’t bad.

Size of the room is comfort, good cleaning, Delicious breakfast. BUT!!: No air conditioning in October and if you open the windows you will hear every kind of noise pollution!!! They are so welcoming and caring ! The rooms are just ok it felt like I was in Saudi just like most other hotels in Yomra Trabzon all designed for mostly Arab tourists. It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

The hotel is clean and good breakfast but the location is far from the city, the view is nice, the price is not worth the hotel. Spa doesnt function, no available gym, just 2treadmils, turkish hamam is out of service. The pool is small as well.

I went for massage at the spa by Eda she is very friendly and her massage relieved me alot from muscle aches and headaches. I came back a week later and did massage and turkish bath. It was a pleasant expirence and I will come back for the third time and more.also Mariam the recipionest was kind and helpful.

When It was 23.10.2020, this was 42. birthday anniversary, and we went to there for Friday praying. I liked The imam and his assistant's voice and conversation. I think The mosque was epic and looks like Alice Wonder word because it is located to old city and narrowed street however it widen the prayer horizon. That's amazing🤗👍🏻
