I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The spa facilities, the pool, gym, beach access, palm trees, food and rooms were top notch. The front of house was very good, as were the friendly housekeeping team

Spacious room, amazing view on the black sea, good service. The staff are kind and helpful, good room service. All the personal care items are available with high quality

Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious, and the Black Sea views breathtaking. Highly recommend! Just don't take city view as it's too noisy

We generally enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite nice with a seaview. Staff was friendly and food was great

The only downside is the walls between rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours all night 😬. Other wise I would have loved it more

Best location from hotel , beautiful view from my sea view room. Breakfast & dinner were so delicious from the restaurant , if I will come again to Trabzon I will stay at this hotel.

It was an excellent property with very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and certainly will visit again!! Food was amazing and service was excellent! I highly recommend this property.

It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar. In overall i would highly recommend this place

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family. Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor

The rooms have a sea view and are good in size with modern furniture however even the rooms facing the other side are also nice. We enjoyed our stay it was a very pleasant one

For breakfast, would enjoyed a better selection of cakes,pastry, dessert. Turkish cuisine, laucman, gozleme We love to try Turkish coffee Rice pudding we saw in the market, Would be nice to try it here

The hotel is amazing and amazing staff and the reception staff is amazing and helpfull also Yaren is an amazing person she helped us a alot i will be back again to the hotel , and you should try the resturant its amazing and tasty 10 starts i gave this hotel

Had a wonderful relaxing afternoon today at Hilton SPA. Aleyna received us in a friendly manner and entertained our children after the swimming pool. This is exclusive and you don't experience it everywhere

The hotel is located a little further from the city, when you go there, be sure to choose a room with a view of the sea. Breakfast was fine, but lunch and dinner were not very suitable. The food was like from school

The reception man tried to upgrade me to a sea room which was nice, however it was smoking, so I opted to not do that

But the hotel is nice and the lobby is beautiful

Check in was the smoothest out of all the Hilton stays so far in Turkiye. (I'm 2 weeks into my travel, almost done). The front desk has a team that can speak English, this is helpful

However, I do give grace as there are probably 20+ languages here, very diverse traveler set. The whole staff are all so pleasant. Parking has option across in small lot or underneath hotel

The hotel is perfectly placed right at the centre of the meydan and around the corner to a great coffee shop (“the coffee shop company”). Breakfast was nice, very quiet and simple 7-10am The best part was the service

The location is excellent, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast was good (repeated all the 5 days but was OK), the staff are very friendly

There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam). The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud

There is no common attractive places there except the sea view, but the hotel between Trabzon and Rize so its good if you want to stay between these 2 cities

Breakfast includes many things. There is a parking in front of the hotel and on the basement. Location is in front of the sea

Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages. The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

They have many restaurants and play area in the same building as well as a grocery store which is very convenient. The location is close to downtown arakli, just walking 7 mins! Amazing views from the room😍

Royal Comfort Hotel is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine!! The rooms are comfortable and dealing with the hotel staff is quick and easy

I really loved the stay here: AMAZING view , big apartment that feels like home, under the hotel you can find grocery shop and coffee shop and pizza place

Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋 The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person

Even though their English is not great, but it was very easy to communicate with them. Just fell in love with Trabzon, its mountains and water falls 😍. I highly recommend coming here and enjoy the experience

Prices for Trabzon's cleanest water park have risen due to corona. The quota is limited to 40 people. His slides are very interesting

The place is good the view is good but the furniture is not that new But the room is spacious The food is good not bad for a quick snack Just the front desk staff speaks English and the other are Turkish only

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish inn. The lobby is large and has a Middle Eastern atmosphere in a good way. Recommended for backpackers and other low-cost overseas travelers

A small garden, Cafe, kids area and super close beach shore that makes it complete and hearing the waves sound makes it enjoyable all the times

You can stay in a private room for the price of a dormitory. There is also a drying area for laundry on the roof

Check in was smooth even we had a small struggle to get the room we had reserved on booking however the reception team specially belal also ayesha made sure that we get things right and they were super helpful, friendly and responsive to all requests

We booked our stay through the phone with Bursha (receptionist)for 3 rooms & they were offered us a suite,when we arrived all members of staff were professional & looking after us as a big family

Room is small Im staying right now in this hotel 26-Nov-24 we are 2 persons they provide 3 beds i dont know why? I asked them to remove the informed me this is standard room No maintenance refer to attached phots balcony is very small you cant set outside no benefits for it

The SPA experience was honestly the best we (My Husband and I ) have ever had. The ladies did a fantastic job with our message and Turkish Bath. We would Highly recommend and will do it again ourselves

We arrived late to trabzon and just found the hotel.It was so good and clean. Have sea view. and near to city centre. mr haki was super kind and helpful and professional as a receptionist!

Very good hotel in Trabzon, huge rooms, nice location with all rooms have balcony and sea view. Large car parking. It will be better if add some selection in breakfast

It is close to the airport and if you need to go to the city, there's a minibus stop just across the street. Also the beach is a 15 min walk

Room is clean but it should be renewed. Hotel is located in front of the highway which separates it from the coastline. So it’s very noisy, but the view from the balcony is nice. Breakfast is simple and not very tasty

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions their answer is "sorry we don't have" like when I asked for extra clothes hangers, they said sorry we don't have, Yet when I tipped the house keeper (sweet person) she brought me many! Weird! The room is so noisy cuz it's on the highway on the traffic light intersection, the sound proof wall is so weak its really annoying...

Unfortunately one day I smelled a smoke which I hate the most and I have kids. When I asked about it, he said all rooms are allowed to smoke in! I didn't know that and it was never mentioned in the hotel description

The breakfast is moderate (not bad) the WiFi net speed is slow. I checked-in around 4:30 pm and I still waited around 30 minutes till I got a room although I informed the property of my check-in time

Hotel location is great with sea view and around 15 minutes far away from Almydan and it takes less than 15 minutes walking to the beach

The rooms are very good, the staff is very friendly, the place is very close to the airport, the prices are very reasonable, the staff speaks multiple languages, the sea view is great, it is very suitable for families, it has a car park

We stayed in this magnificent hotel for three days. We came with a group of 27 people, with a wonderful discount for the group in the best rooms with sea view. The staff spoke English and were very helpful

There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer

The hotel is in very quite place with medium Garage and rooms with sea view Has his own private beach The reception Guy Fatih as i think very polite and helpful and smiling

Nice hotel. Had great breakfast. The only suggestion i would have is to upgrade the showers and add some better shampoo and soap. Workers were nice. I would recommend the stay here

I booked the king size room, mmm its good not bad and not wow! The hotel is clean and the lady on the reception is really helpful and amazing, she is always smiling and my wife liked her professional attitude and behavior

they need to work more on their services. some of the towels were not clean. had to ask for one and was sent 2 hair dryers that were broken. they got me a broken one and had to ask them to change it

We come from Jordan & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star bed and breakfast. Located in yomra 5 minutes off the yomra beach and only 2 minutes off the many markets

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Neighborhood was quite and had all the amenities super close by. Rooms were a fit large size & super maintained and cleaned every day, and also the kitchen/ restaurant was accessible and breakfast was rich

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the Black Sea , very nice decoration and a calming colors. Bathroom was comfortable and practical one thing they need to fix is the smell of the sewage

The pool is also so small and they wont let you use it without hat. Overall I was happy with the breakfast buffet and cleanness of the hotel
