The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar. In overall i would highly recommend this place

We went to the Novotel in Trabzon for 4 days. The staff, including the hotel manager were very helpful and kind. They managed everything in a professional manner

The reception man tried to upgrade me to a sea room which was nice, however it was smoking, so I opted to not do that

You can stay in a private room for the price of a dormitory. There is also a drying area for laundry on the roof

We arrived late to trabzon and just found the hotel.It was so good and clean. Have sea view. and near to city centre. mr haki was super kind and helpful and professional as a receptionist!

It is close to the airport and if you need to go to the city, there's a minibus stop just across the street. Also the beach is a 15 min walk

It was clean, nice staff, breakfast was do basic, rooms where really clean and tidy but they where small. 5 min away from the airport. Definitely we will come back again.

We come from Jordan & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star bed and breakfast. Located in yomra 5 minutes off the yomra beach and only 2 minutes off the many markets

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Neighborhood was quite and had all the amenities super close by. Rooms were a fit large size & super maintained and cleaned every day, and also the kitchen/ restaurant was accessible and breakfast was rich

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the Black Sea , very nice decoration and a calming colors. Bathroom was comfortable and practical one thing they need to fix is the smell of the sewage

The pool is also so small and they wont let you use it without hat. Overall I was happy with the breakfast buffet and cleanness of the hotel

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean

There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam). The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud
