Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea

I was here with my elderly mother and needed special accommodations for her and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Similar to the customer service I am accustomed to in Europe and the USA

Comments here had worried me, but there wasn't any glaring deficiency in terms of the room and breakfast's standards. Breakfast actually went beyond my expectations

The hotel is surrounded with all the needs travelers want (groceries, restaurants, shopping centers, etc) The area is active with population and the transportation varies from public city bus, taxis, and mini van (I recommend it for it's fair price and all time availability)

It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

The hotel bathroom in twin room 301 smell stinky and terrible on the second night we requested to change the room there toilet dranage was blocked The windows were not sound proof you can hear the noise of the cars in the room And people from other room and toilet Also the room service is not well the staff is not cleaning the room for three days they didnt take out the trash the room we had to call...

I went for massage at the spa by Eda she is very friendly and her massage relieved me alot from muscle aches and headaches. I came back a week later and did massage and turkish bath

The service was great, but the staff don't speak english. it was too hard to communicate. but, they have arabic team that helped in my case as they speak both english and arabic which I speak both of them.

It is in a central location on the main street in Trabzon Beşirli district and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and the prices are affordable
