The location is good, beside Trabzon airport.
Even though we picked a suit but the rooms were not good. The building is too old, the smell was bad.
But the service was good, all the receptionists were very helpful and nice

I just want to clarify the following: I did not stay in the hotel. Maybe it is excellent, maybe the service is special. I just want to clarify: If you booked through Booking, check the free cancellation system. My son was involved in an accident in Istanbul, he fractured his skull, and I have the reports to prove it. I asked the hotel for a free or even partial cancellation due to my emergency situation, but they refused. So be assured of free cancellation reservations. Because hospitwl emergencies don't constitute an emergency for the hotel.

Nice hotel. Had great breakfast. The only suggestion i would have is to upgrade the showers and add some better shampoo and soap. Workers were nice. I would recommend the stay here

good place and nice rooms. their breakfast is very good. they need to work more on their services. some of the towels were not clean. no hair dryer in the room. had to ask for one and was sent 2 hair dryers that were broken. had to ask for an iron. they got me a broken one and had to ask them to change it.

I booked the king size room, mmm its good not bad and not wow! The hotel is clean and the lady on the reception is really helpful and amazing, she is always smiling and my wife liked her professional attitude and behavior.
