The receptionist “Akif” was great. He’s very welcoming and supportive. The hotel in general is very recommended. Nice sea view and 5 minutes to Trabzon airport. Moreover, they have a wide range of breakfast options with a buffet. Highly recommended.

I had a very nice accommodation. Everything was fine; comfortable and clean rooms, excellent service, and all the hotel staff are very gentle and friendly.

Its a nice and quite 3 star hotel , breakfast is not as it should , the rooms are small , the manager and staff are very helpful and friendly, the cleaning clerks need a push.

The hotel is an outstanding. The hotel is vey clean and the room is very comfortable and the staff is very freindly. Extra points: - I requested for a honey moon package and the hotel did it with excellent job. -The hotel has an arab section apartement with the modification that fit arab bathroom.

Pro: - BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GREAT!!!! - Rooms are OK and quite big Con: - We had a whole day no electricity(no internet, hot water etc.) and nobody gave us any information, and it was crazy hot. - Most workers don't speak basic English - The area is not gorgeous, the hotel is already the most pretty building

A very adequate hotel for short-term accommodation (for business purposes or 2-day touristic trips). The hotel is located in the city center. I do not recommend it for long-term accommodation.

I will start with the location. The hotel is located beside one of the main roads in Trabzon as also it is closed to the center (5 minutes walk). When I arrived at the hotel, I thought that they will take all the amount from the card for the room, but they told me that they took only a part of it and the rest I have to pay in cash. We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Nice hotel with nice location close to the sea and the staff were so kind. The problem was with AC, the service told us that we can't turn on the AC unless the whole floor open it becausethe systemis like that!! We couldn't sleep at night as the room was very very cold and the AC was not working unfortunately. The prices were very good, but unless the AC problem been solved we will not go there again

Hotel was the best of the genre. Dishes, bungalow rooms... if you get your way here, I suggest you definitely stay here.

it is a really fancy, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also I really liked the way they treated me and my family. It was a safe space, with a really nice view. The rooms were thourouhly cleaned and it had a welcoming smell

My second visit to Bahar Resedince and wont be the last.. the apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms.. beautiful view facing the sea .. not directly on the main road which make it reasonably quite and nice for family’s.. New apartment. Very clean and good service, suitable size of rooms with fully equipped kitchen and spectacular view from the balcony. The location is very good, you can access the nearby places by car. It would be hard to walk because of the almost sharp incline as the building is in a high place. There are near gas station and grocery stores.

The location is super very close to meydan... the rooms are very small, but they're clean... we had a problem with hot water there is no hot water before 10 pm all the day the water is cold. Otherwise it's good

Comfortable new boutique hotel. The room I have on 2nd floor or 3rd storey can hear a little street noise during day time. Have cable TV, but was not working the next day. Wifi fast. Breakfast was adequate, no bread though propably because I was there 7:30am. Good sleep. Very near to the town square. Look around the back street for more eatery. Staff very helpful and professional.

The place is very excellent, except for its location, which is cooler and quieter in the summer season than the city. It has a staff who speaks Arabic and English and they are very helpful if you like to rent a car and the taxi is recommended.

The location of the place is wonderful, it is quiet, there are no services around the hotel, the center is ten minutes away by car, the furniture is clean and excellent for families, the view is opposite the garden or the sea, the reception is cooperative
