Very nice staff. Rooms were clean, but a bit tired. Situated very high on the hill, but it’s mostly about the city itself not about the hotel.

Very excellet service. Food, room service, staff all guys are very good. Balcony with sea view is great. Reception service very helpful.

Pro: - BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GREAT!!!! - Rooms are OK and quite big Con: - We had a whole day no electricity(no internet, hot water etc.) and nobody gave us any information, and it was crazy hot. - Most workers don't speak basic English - The area is not gorgeous, the hotel is already the most pretty building

I went for massage at the spa by Eda she is very friendly and her massage relieved me alot from muscle aches and headaches. I came back a week later and did massage and turkish bath. It was a pleasant expirence and I will come back for the third time and more.also Mariam the recipionest was kind and helpful.

Everything was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Price is average and the hotel offers amazing beach. If you are lucky and the weather is good in Trabzon, you should swim there.

The location is super very close to meydan... the rooms are very small, but they're clean... we had a problem with hot water there is no hot water before 10 pm all the day the water is cold. Otherwise it's good

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

I happened to stay 2 days in this hotel ,the second day totally unplanned for me but ,the service I had received on the first day made me come back. The location is 6 minutes drive from the airport and almost same time to the inter city bus station. The rooms were quite spacious and tidy,and the room service was top notch ,if you have an issue you just have to call the reception and you'll be sorted...

Everything was very good, the staff was very kind very helpful, our room was so clean, calm and comfortable it was larger than I imagined. The breakfast was really good especially the "kısır". the women who works during breakfast time was very kind and cheerful. My second visit to Bahar Resedince and wont be the last.. the apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms.. beautiful view facing the sea .. not directly on the main road which make it reasonably quite and nice for family’s.. New apartment. Very clean and good service, suitable size of rooms with fully equipped kitchen and spectacular view from the balcony. The location is very good, you can access the nearby places by car. It would be hard to walk because of the almost sharp incline as the building is in a high place. There are near gas station and grocery stores.
