The only downside is the walls between rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours all night 😬. Other wise I would have loved it more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The spa facilities, the pool, gym, beach access, palm trees, food and rooms were top notch. The front of house was very good, as were the friendly housekeeping team

I just wish there were a few rules dotted around as in the sauna a lady was chatting on her phone & taking photos and a family were on their phones in the indoor pool (yes in the actual water)

Very nice place Very Clean, well organized, well preserved Staff are very amicable and food was fantastic Will return again definitely Somebody claimed plains sound is disturbing however it was not that loud nor that frequent To our family it was fun

One note to the management: Room service staff were nice, hardworking and helpful but need to have more training for the way they approach rooms sometimes they just open doors or even knock in bothering way

Friendly staff with not bad English. Very good location. Near to airport which cost 27 lira by texi. Shopping mall backyard is not fascinating but a good addition. The sea view is amazing from 5th floor.

It was an excellent property with very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and certainly will visit again!! Food was amazing and service was excellent! I highly recommend this property.

It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar. In overall i would highly recommend this place

Stayed at this business hotel for a night. My experience was great considering the rooms, staff, food and location. Rooms have fantastic seaview with a beach right in the front

A classy views all his but to live his factor of hygiene when you knocked on the door more than once and did not answer the door is opened and entering the room by means of the night heavy sleep must be laughing catenary it before sleep

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good rooms with great view of the Black Sea. Mr Huseyin at the receptionist was very accommodating to our family during our stay. Overall, the staff and the hotel are highly recommended

Stayed here for a quite a short,but enjoyed it at full. The junior suite room was super comfortable and quiet and looked newly renovated. The bathroom amenities were of a good quality

Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea

Central location close to the main square. Beach front is a quick 10 minute walk. Customer service is impeccable

It’s a lovely location for walking around, shopping, eating. The rooms are clean and the service is great. The only downside is their breakfast is very average and they don’t make anything fresh like omelettes

This is a great hotel :) I am very happy with my stay there , it’s more like 4 stars than 5 but the location is perfect it’s in the middle of the buzz market area

It is like 3-4 in the universal standards of stars I forgot some unique special fruits I bought from turkey , in the room ,and when I called to ask them to go back and take my fruits, they claimed that nothing was left behind in the room

However, I do give grace as there are probably 20+ languages here, very diverse traveler set. The whole staff are all so pleasant. Parking has option across in small lot or underneath hotel

They know how to cook eggs! They have salad veggies and have the fancy stretch cheese known for this area. You can walk to the mini peach and pier! They have a hamam, dry and wet same and pool

Check in was the smoothest out of all the Hilton stays so far in Turkiye. (I'm 2 weeks into my travel, almost done). The front desk has a team that can speak English, this is helpful

Actually dark!!! Gold star!! Bed is comfortable Shower/ bathroom are fine- my shower has low pressure, just stood in shower longer. Breakfast was lovely! Large selection

Smoking- it seems this hotel DOES enforce non-smoking rooms - also lovely! (it seems only half the hotels enforce in this country, hope this changes with time)

The only thing for fold w noise issues the city side even on the the 6th floor you can hear the cars, as almost all the hotels in the area are off the hwy

The hotel is perfectly placed right at the centre of the meydan and around the corner to a great coffee shop (“the coffee shop company”). Breakfast was nice, very quiet and simple 7-10am The best part was the service

The location is excellent, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast was good (repeated all the 5 days but was OK), the staff are very friendly

There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam). The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud

it is nice place. sauna, spa center is nice. hotel personal is excellent. room's is clean and quite. airport behind, but no problem with voice. side parking is empty, there is like valet parking.

I was here before three years ago. I remembered that it was a good hotel, clean, organized and near to the airport. So it was quite noisy especially at night

BUT!!: No air conditioning in October and if you open the windows you will hear every kind of noise pollution!!! Aircrafts takeoff and landing, very loud music from the party hall down stairs, neighbors shouting, car noises

It was really hard for me to sleep for 4 nights. I am definitely not taking this hotel for my next visit for this disadvantage

The staff is courteous and polite. Unfortunately, my room is on the opposite side but I bet the view is amazing! The showers are big and clean. The air-conditioning works perfectly and the sheets are stainless

Staff are very professional Place is not considered a 3 stars at all. Room is small but has all the amenities The only drawback is there is no drying for bathroom water which make it slippy all day

What bothered me a lot was that the shower cabin has no door and water comes into the toilet during the shower. It's very bad thing and after shower every where became wet

This place was good I enjoyed it a lot but the thing that made me the happy the most was “onur ozaksu” he went above and beyond to make sure that the food that we got was satisfying and made sure that the service was amazing to any American going to turkey ask for onur ozaksu he will be in the restaurant area he will make sure that you enjoy the stay thanks to all the staff and thanks for a great vacation...

The room officially has 2 rooms but you can ask receptionist for extra bed that they will make using the sofa. You just need to add room number and last name in booking

Service doesn’t really answer fast. Food was good but same food everyday. Staff doesn’t really speak English well. Sea view room is recommended for 3 people

The reservation just didn’t care about me standing in front of them they just kept doing their work without even saying hi or telling for wait a minute. One doesn’t expect such attitude from 5 star hotel staff

You may find excellent lady Beyza Şahin at the information table looking after private tours (NERGIS 61) they have fantastic drivers who can take you around Trabzon, Ayder and Uzungöl at the good price

To note there are no eateries around this hotel and the walk is around steep hill area. You will always need a taxi or private car to take you to Meydan(the city center)

Wonderful hotel with wonderful service, the stuffs was friendly and supportive. The hotel was near to Airport and Meydan as it was easy for me to transfer from place to place. I enjoyed my trip in this hotel.

Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋 The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person

The breakfast in the restaurant right under it is also pretty good! Only comment is their cleaning of the rooms, it was a little disappointing as they didn't replace the towels or fold the clothes but overall the room was very clean

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions their answer is "sorry we don't have" like when I asked for extra clothes hangers, they said sorry we don't have, Yet when I tipped the house keeper (sweet person) she brought me many! Weird! The room is so noisy cuz it's on the highway on the traffic light intersection, the sound proof wall is so weak its really annoying...

Unfortunately one day I smelled a smoke which I hate the most and I have kids. When I asked about it, he said all rooms are allowed to smoke in! I didn't know that and it was never mentioned in the hotel description

The breakfast is moderate (not bad) the WiFi net speed is slow. I checked-in around 4:30 pm and I still waited around 30 minutes till I got a room although I informed the property of my check-in time

There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer
