I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The spa facilities, the pool, gym, beach access, palm trees, food and rooms were top notch. The front of house was very good, as were the friendly housekeeping team

I just wish there were a few rules dotted around as in the sauna a lady was chatting on her phone & taking photos and a family were on their phones in the indoor pool (yes in the actual water)

Spacious room, amazing view on the black sea, good service. The staff are kind and helpful, good room service. All the personal care items are available with high quality

Friendly staff with not bad English. Very good location. Near to airport which cost 27 lira by texi. Shopping mall backyard is not fascinating but a good addition. The sea view is amazing from 5th floor.

It has very peaceful garden, walking paths and even tennis court. Foods are great and people out there is very friendly, especially Serdar. In overall i would highly recommend this place

Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea

The food was excellent and not badly priced for a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed the food and appreciated the helpful service! I would recommend at least trying the restaurant, if not possibly spending the night too

For the first time, I saw charging for eggs on live station if you need fresh omelette 😁. They need a solid upgrade to be in the 4-star Hotel Category. Reception staff was really good

Rooms are small ( at least what we got), no napkins in the room, only one small water bottle for double occupancy, No glasses, No tea cups, only two paper cups every day for tea

The only disadvantage is being far from the city center where every time we had to use taxi which costs around 350 Turkish lira, the transportation is expensive and there is no public transportation in trabzon

The location was excellent, just a minute walk from the meydan. The views were breath-taking and the staff were were friendly. The bedroom was clean and spacious, however, the sofa covers really needed a wash

I stayed in family suite room for 3 nights, spacious and comfortable room, clean and nice view, you are allowed to drink coffee or tea until 12 pm in their nice coffee bar, i like all breakfast items in this otel too
