Holiday Inn - Trabzon-East, an IHG Hotel

Excellent, new hotel. Service is at a high level, everything is very clean and tidy. Food is very tasty, we enjoyed the bar / restaurant in the hotel. The staff is very kind, especially Miss Dilara, we would like to thank her again for her hospitality. :) All recommendations to anyone planning to visit Trabzon for the sake of Hero's Hotel. You will surely enjoy it as much as we did. :)

The hotel is very new and modern. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only issue was that you could hear the noise of the hallway and the room next door. Otherwise the whole experience was very pleasant. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic! Great food and great staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the hotel and walking distance to the beach and shopping mall.

For 30 years, I have been staying everywhere in the country due to my work. Congratulations to Hero's hotel, both the cleanliness and the service were great, everything was great, thank you to the staff. I wish we could take the hotel with us when we travel.👏👏👏

The hotel is very new and modern. The staff were really helpful and sweet. My only problem was that you could hear the corridor and the adjacent room noises. Other than that the whole experience was very pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! Great food and wonderful staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient, its very close to the hotel, and within walking distance of a near by beach and a mall.

I definitely recommend it for its rich breakfast menu, clean and well-designed rooms, all the necessary details for the guests, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Super clean, neat and new furniture, near airport, near local transportation, very good breakfast, there is a restaurant with variaties and reasonable prices. I recommend this hotel for Trabzon visitors.

Very nice place, very helpful employees , the food was great, and if you have any notes they always listen to them and take action to make sure this place stays great

I really mean it, i was coming just for one night, when i finish my first night i also take 2 nights, it's really professional hotel and very friendly staff, the room was amazing clean, Food and shisha was perfect.
the price for this hotel it's very very good and they deserve it.
