We came to royal hotel for our honey moon we told them before hand they didn’t even offer anything extra they gave us a room with the worst view then they made us pay extra for a better room there costumer service is rubbish they don’t know how to deal with costumers then we give them our clothes to wash they get it back with 2 missing socks and one of our black jeans turned white and they “were” brand new worn them once we go back down to reception and then he says we can’t do anything we don’t wash your clothes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ONLINE

This is my worst experience in Turkey.
They took my money and I couldn’t change the date and didn’t use my reservation.

Location is perfect, but their service is very bad rooms are not clean. If there is anything that I need I have to tell them many times until they came. I don't recommend this hotel.

Royal Comfort Hotel is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine!! The rooms are comfortable and dealing with the hotel staff is quick and easy. They have many restaurants and play area in the same building as well as a grocery store which is very convenient. The location is close to downtown arakli, just walking 7 mins! Amazing views from the room😍

I really loved the stay here:
AMAZING view , big apartment that feels like home, under the hotel you can find grocery shop and coffee shop and pizza place.
Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages.

The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

Unfortunately room was very small and with no out window, room service is bad I called them many times till they come to me after long time and other call they don’t came.

I booked for two nights for around 195$ with bad service.

Great hotel.
The rooms are good.
Breakfast includes many things.
There is a parking in front of the hotel and on the basement.
Location is in front of the sea.
There is no common attractive places there except the sea view, but the hotel between Trabzon and Rize so its good if you want to stay between these 2 cities.
After we reached to the room, there was an issue with the bathroom, immediately Miss Nourjan "the employee on the receiption" changed the room for us. Not only that she upgraded the room to bigger one.
Also she helped us alot.

Extremely Poor service!
My sister is staying at the hotel
3 days ago the curtain fell on my sisters hand
She was hurt
And since then they are trying with the hotel to change the room or fix the curtain but no response !!!!!
I’m so embarrassed coz I’m the one who recommended the hotel and it’s a shame!
Would never recommend this hotel again!
