I went with my family of 12 people to Azao Resort, the hotel was abserloutly beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The hotel had a lot of entertainment stuff, and the pools are huge. Location is at the more quiet part of Zanzibar. We didn't stay here, we just came for dinner. Good was good, service was ok, ambience was ok. We enjoyed our dinner. Absolutely great experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly, even though English isn't their first language. The location was a bit far from the airport, but the view was sensational, watching the tide come in and out throughout the day... note that there is no shore to this beach from Azao. The food was fresh and good. And we had new options 3 times a day.

I fell in love with the natural ambience the very moment I walked in. It was all nature. Birds chirping, the trees welcoming new arrivals, the quietness and serenity of the environment. It's truly a beautiful place plus the privacy of the stand alone chalets, spacious, very clean, covered and envelope with nature green and fresh air. A value for money.

A beautiful hotel, the room was incredible, the pool was very nice, the only drawback is that it doesn't have a beach, because the water inside the hotel isn't pretty. They take you to and from the beach, but it's still worth it, staying there for two or three days and going on excursions.

We came as a family just for dinner two nights in a row and the food on both nights was the best food I have had here in Zanzibar. We truly enjoyed our stay at Seasons Lodge! The staff was exceptionally friendly and the service was great! Season’s Lodge Pongwe. This is a curious place - very different from the corporate hotels lining the bay. It is seemingly built a while ago by a team of enthusiastic amateurs and tricky to find if you have your own transport. If you are a fan of switches and sockets where you need them it may be a problem in the two original rooms above reception. You can pay $30 a night more to stay in the bungalows...

We booked Seasons Lodge at the end of our Tanzania safari as a place to relax before taking our international flight home. We were not disappointed!

The check-out of the house we rented was in the morning, and the return flight was at night. So we found this place to spend a few hours of the day, have lunch, and rest. The view and the beach are lovely. There are food and drink options that are very good and not at all expensive compared to other places in the area. The owner is very kind.

This hotel was quiet, welcoming, beautiful, friendly, and all I ever could have wanted and more. The beach was amazing. The pool was wonderful. And the food was great, too! It's in a quiet area, so make sure that's what you are looking for. You can book excursions from the hotel.

We found nothing to fault at Kiwenga Beach - everything was good and we felt no need to leave the hotel. Everyone was very friendly, food was excellent and rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pools and the sea. The entertainment was good too.

We have stayed here for 4 nights in February 2023 (Suite with a pool terrace). The room was nice and clean, the terrace in front of the pool was absolutely amazing. We had the pool practically for ourselves and it was a heaven for my 7 years old daughter. The staff is super nice, helpful and full of warmth. Highly recommend it!

A hidden gem just next to the beach, a few quiet rooms surrounded by a very well taken care garden and a pool, a kind of magical atmosphere, perfect for couples or even solo travelers. We have spent great moments în Bravo Club Kiwengwa Resort. The garden looks gorgeous, the fine sandy beach is amazing and the pool is just what you need for a wonderful day.

A beautiful resort. Such friendly staff. Even tho we didn't speak Italian they were very accommodating. Beach access, clean pool and so many activities throughout the day. Not that we have kids but the daily programme for children kept them entertained most of the day. The food was amazing, freshly prepared, well presented and delicious.

Hotel advertises all inclusive however nothing is indeed included. Hotel charges surcharges for almost everything which was not appreciable after paying additional fees for all inclusive packages.

The hotel is particularly beautiful, on the sea and everything is green. It is exceptionally clean, the staff is welcoming and provides service above and beyond, responding to every request immediately, and the hotel manager also personally takes care of every request. We will definitely be back.

I had liked this place from the time i saw the photo on website, and fell in love with it once i reached there. This is a luxury resort with spacious room, lovely bathroom with all amenities. They have lovely pool overlooking Indian Ocean, and play area for kids; restaurant is also good.... away from the crowd...Great place to unwind!

It’s a beautiful place to have a vacay. Right at the beach. The rooms are very spacious and quite comfortable. They have these room that are big enough for families or bigger groups. Not so close to the city but that’s how all resorts are in Zanzibar. The food is also mostly good, try their seafood platter.

Great atmosphere. We were there Oct and because of the tide the sea is not great, some rocks in it and lots of seaweed. Pool and view is lovely. A bit windy. Staff is very kind, food is good and prices are good. Visit even if just to have food. Nothing to do or go around. Plan this as staying around the pool, eating in and doing nothing.

The people were so nice. We had thought our booking had gone through but it didn't, so when we got there they quickly fixed the room for us.

Never got the sea view room I booked, nor decent plumbery with warm water, and nobody apologized or offered something. Nice location, kitchen heavy on onions and slow but good. Maybe I'd suggest to note down the favorite cooking level when pple order.

Wonderful place. Amazing interior design in the entrance that creates a lovely spirit. We had a very nice stay. Swimable beach, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The only drawback was that the water cut for a short time every once in a while.

Mid sized nice hotel directly on the beach 🏖 Hotel rooms fully equipped including hairdryer and bath cosmetics. Very nice stuff always willing to help. Good restaurant in the hotel with local as well as international cuisine. Reasonable prices. Uroa is quiet place in comparison with other places in Zanzibar so it can be good for family vacation or for people who don't need night life every day.

Very good location, service and rooms. We enjoyed the lovely scenery and lovely staff. The only thing that could have been bettrr is the food, for a premium price we paid we expect premium and more variety on the buffet. More exotic fruit, more fish options , better dessert, ice cream... But overall experiemce was great.

Visiting with family. Great resort, helpful and genuine management, many things to do with the family but it's also just nice to stay in the resort. We had a rough start of our vacation but greatly accommodated by the resort for what we are very thankful.
