What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery. Every time I’m in Boston, I make it a point to return to my favorite spot — the Hyatt. It’s simply a must!

For an airport hotel, the location was fabulous. I happen to be there during a supermoon in September and caught a picture of the Moon setting in the morning. The night view from the room was impressive. Pretty much kept the blinds open. There's a paved path that goes around the harbor.
The restaurant offers a vegan option for dinner which was a nice surprise.

The best view from the high floor. 15th floor view of the airport is spellbound. The night view from the restaurant is fascinating. The rooms were spacious and clean. We get a $20 dinner voucher and a couple of water bottles every day. 5 minutes drive from the Boston airport and we get free shuttle service to and from the airport.

My family stayed at the property for a brief stay before an early morning flight from Logan. We got upgraded to a stunning 2 room suite with sweeping views of the harbor. The location was great for us, convenient to the airport and the harbor (though maybe less good if you were going to Boston to visit the city.) The restaurant was tasty for dinner. We wish we had longer to enjoy the property because the room was so nice!

The breakfast, the shuttle, and the views from the hotel add up to make this a stellar stay when going through Boston airport. In particular I was impressed by the Globalist breakfast that includes lobster items. The hotel has amazing views over the runway in one direction and over the harbor in the other. We stayed two nights and faced the harbor side both times but I also would have been happy to watch the planes take off in the other direction. On a redemption night, we also had free parking which was a great value. This isn't the newest hotel but it's very convenient. We'll be happy to stay here again when going through Boston.

Three stars for great service! Everyone was very nice. They did give us the wrong room at first. We were supposed to have two beds since there were several of us, but they gave us a room with one. Again, friendly service and they fixed it right away. What really threw me though was having to pay for parking and at parking garage fees! I've never heard of paying for parking as a hotel guest. No continental breakfast, you again had to pay. And apparently there's some "no outside food" rule because two workers were invading a room on our floor while the people were at the wedding occurring at the hotel because they had pizza brought in?! Just a very weird experience and wouldn't choose to stay there again. Great views though!

The room was pretty standard. Bed was comfortable, normal bathroom, but nothing special. The view, however, was phenomenal! We were on the 14th floor, facing the harbor and watched a gorgeous sunset. The city lights at night were also beautiful. The shuttle was convenient for dropping off our rental car as well as talking us to the terminal in the morning. A bit pricey, but the view and convenience made it worthwhile.

Great location right near the airport, quiet as can be. Fantastic restaurant and staff that couldn't do enough to help us. Beautiful views across to the city on the Harbour side and plane freaks will enjoy the runway views from the other. Happy we stayed there.

46 bucks to park overnight what a joke! Cheaper to valet in Manhattan than to self park in a lot in Boston. Makes no sense what so ever. Not sure I would stay here again. Worth dealing with the hassle other side of the bay. Cost the same to valet across the bay much more convenient. Water taxi was fun though.

The room was great. Bed was really comfortable and had a nice view of the harbor. The restaurant had good food. It was close to the water taxi so was convenient to get to popular spots. Check in was easy. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.
