I am very upset with the hotel. My son stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. 5 out of 7 nights he has been sick, staying in the hotel most of the time. He has had fever and terrible cold. My aunt called the hotel a day before the check out date and the hotel understood the situation and allowed him to stay till 2 pm on the check out date so he can rest a bit before traveling to the airport. But now the hotel just said that they won’t allow him to stay till 2 pm unless he pay for late check out fee. The lady who served us also said she will note the front desk on this ask. Apparently there was no note left at the front desk.
Now to solve the immediate issue, we called the front desk and told the situation. The front desk still insisted to charge. At this point, as a mother, I will definitely pay for the extra hours my son could stay to rest. But the hotel doesn’t seem to care about this.
I am very upset and sad to see this kind of response from the hotel. We asked earlier and now the hotel changes their mind. They will charge him USD 80. Have you ever been sick and can’t even go out? I have never experienced the poor response from the hotel. Can HOTEL MANAGER CONTACT ME. I THINK THIS IS THE WORST RESPONSE.

It's so beautiful! I booked a city view room for my birthday celebration alone and I loved it. The view was gorgeous both day and night ദ്ദിᐢ- ̫-ᐢ₎ You can even see the sunrise during the day. It faces the beach, and the room wasn't too small for one person. This isn't my first time staying at a citizenM, and the experiences have always been quite good. This one is also near the station, super convenient.
The only downside is that the refrigerator isn't very cold. My birthday cake was going to spoil, so I had to ask the front desk to refrigerate it for me.

An excellent new hotel.
The rooms are small, but very comfortable! A comfortable large bed right by the window with a city view (at check-in, you can choose a low or high floor and whether or not to have a city view).
Check-in is easy.
The shower and all the plumbing are new, everything is superb.
Modern TV.
The lighting, air conditioning, TV, etc. are controlled from a tablet, which is also very convenient.
There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection.
The area is convenient – you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away.
, the Freedom Trail is also nearby.
The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars.
Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

Conveniently located near North Station, there is a food court for quick meals and a grocery store in the basement that can help you save money on food if you are staying for a long time. The staff were friendly, and I was able to check in without any problems even though my flight was delayed and I arrived late at night because I had contacted them in advance. The rooms on the North Station side are a bit noisy due to the large fans installed in the station building. If you have a choice, I recommend staying on a higher floor.

Perfect location for seeing John Mayer at TD Garden. 20$ taxi ride from the airport and there's a taxi rank outside for an easy return. Hotel within walking distance of many attractions. Loved the bar/breakfast area - quirky decor and a great view of downtown Boston - deal for relaxing in as the rooms are quite small. The bed was very comfortable, shower was perfect - with luxury towels, but why was the sink in the room? Presumably lack of space... I-pad controlled lights and TV very practical. Staff pleasant. Breakfast could have had more choice. But overall- highly recommended

the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are small but comfortable. the only problem was the AC, it doesn't work well and it's very hot, never get cooler. It was a shame to pay so much money per night and we ended up with a fan so we could cool down during the night

The room is small but okay. It’s fun with the iPad controller. The view is amazing, kinda surprise a bit. The staff is helpful and friendly, nice common area. Location is great, right on the North Station and have everything around.

5 stars for exceptional staff, beautifully decorated, contemporary spacious common areas both indoor and outdoor, fabulous views from every room, quiet rooms, and most of all...perfect location to walk to countless restaurants, landmarks, major sports venues, enjoy sightseeing and start an unplanned wander through beautiful historical, financial, restaurant districts and film locations. I loved the low key entry hidden in plain sight smack in the middle of scenic wharf & sports venue.
I subtracted 1 star for the atrocious modular tiny bathroom that offered NO privacy either visual or audible. The curtain room divider is too sheer to serve a purpose. The bathroom door does not close. Our bed was super comfortable with great bedding but pushed up against a window, which made for some interesting gymnastics when attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
I would return but pack very lightly as there is no shelving or space to organize clothes and beauty products.

Solid hotel: modern, rooms are small but have everything you need and they're clean. They're also fun, with nice touches like blackout shades, plenty of outlets/charging areas and lighting options. Food options are also solid if not expansive. The neighborhood is slightly dodgy but easy access to cabs and public transport. The staff are really friendly and helpful as well.
