The Langham Chicago

I’ve stayed here a few times and have been to their spa many times. The rooms are lovely and would definitely stay here again. However, after many visits to the spa I’ve decided I’m officially done with it. The last massage I had on 4/21 was horrible. I like a firm massage but this was plain rough and sloppy. She put a rhinestone thing in my ear and pinched me with her nails. She pulled my hair out by my neck. Apparently I was laying down “right” for her so she told me to move down where only my eyes were laying on the head rest. It was a joke of a massage. Thr amount of times she said “whoops” would’ve been comical had the massage not been so expensive. The steam room also has gone down hill. The door is crooked and doesn’t close all the way and was covered in mildew.
