Beyond the room, the spa facilities were wonderful, offering a fantastic sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to great shops and the beautiful lakefront. A truly memorable and comfortable experience!
It’s rare to find someone who truly enjoys what they do, and it shows with Holly. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and part of the reason I’d definitely come back. Thanks for the great service!
Cons: Brass Tack consistently disappoints for dinner. Breakfast/brunch is always good, but dinner service is lacking. We’ve always had subpar bar service and dinner waitstaff that doesn’t seem to care and the menu is average for The Waldorf. Quite disappointing.
Locker room access and amenities are no longer included with a room. An extra $75/day per person. HUGE disappointment as this has always been a deciding factor over other hotel choices. Makes other properties more enticing.
4 stars overall due to average (at best) Brass Tack dinner service and restricted locker room access for the pool and fitness center.
