The stay was wonderful. The clerk, Caitlin, was fantastic and took care of us from the moment we checked in. Gave us cookies and bottled water, directed us to restaurants and places, helped us get cleaning services when we needed it, and was just a joy to be around every day/evening. Her customer service was superior to what we have seen at other hotels, Hilton or not. She's golden.

Doy from Doubletree Hilton with Grand Vacation was very friendly, informative, personable and helpful. He sat down with me and my friend to explain the different travel packages that were tailored to our wants and needs. I would give Doi a 10/10, highly recommend him. He is very personable and I enjoyed every interaction with him during my stay, whether it was saying hello in the lobby or booking another holiday.

We felt so comfortable at the DoubleTree Hotel! The staff were very cheerful and kind and our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for going everywhere we would like to be. The pool was such a treat too! The cleaning was amazing and everything was brilliant. Thanks for a great experience!!

Staffs is enthusiatic, friendly. Location is good, very near Whole food market, near shopping center and restaurants. In general, my family feel very enjoyable with this hotel, if there is chance to come back Chicago, my family surely will choose this hotel once again.

Can't beat the location, rooms need a refresh, noisy ac. The bathrooms were good though.
Service is excellent in the hotel but we forgot some things in the room and it was nearly impossible to communicate with housekeeping (and even the front desk was overwhelmed and didn't always pick up) to get them back. We gave up after spending 1 hour dialing and being transferred.

A very mediocre room. I booked the 2 queen double beds with a city view. I was placed on the 19th floor.
Cleanliness: The room had traces of the previous guest. Some trash in the bathroom garbage and the one of the 2 glass cups they gave you seems used. The beds were clean, as well as the toilet, sink, and tub.
Room: The view I had wasn’t great. I was able to see the pool below, garage across the street and some buildings nearby. The decor is very much that millennial modern with light earth tones. The bathroom did not have a fan so showers fog up the mirror. The bathroom it’s self was constantly 4-6 degrees warmer than the rest of the room regardless of use. THERE IS NO NOICE DAMPING ON THE WINDOWS. If your a light sleeper bring a white noise machine. You will hear everything going on outside; cars, police, ambulances, the people in the pool, everything.
Bathroom Fixtures: The faucet worked well, good flow. The sink drain was not an issue, even with the faucet on for a bit. The toilet was slow to flush. First time I flushed the water rose and I almost though it would overflow. It didn’t but the flush is a bit weak. The tub…. I’ve seen a total air dry faster than this tubs drain. A shower of 20 minutes ends up being a bath for your ankles. And yes the supper was fully extended up.
The Hothouse Lounge: I had the quesadilla, it’s as great. Just ask for extra salsa.
Location: This is the best part of the hotel. It’s walking distance to the Navy Pier, the river, Target, 2 pharmacies, river tours, etc. Egg Harbor Cafe and Yolk are close and great options for breakfast. Especially compared the to $50 daily add on for the breakfast in the lobby.
Overall: Go here if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room. The location is pretty convenient for the Magnificent Mile. If you’re looking for a place rest and relax so somewhere else.

The room was decent, location was a little farther from you sit sites, Service was very disappointing. Our room was never cleaned despite requesting it several times. We also asked for a crib and it took several requests throughout an entire day to get it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The service provided by Justin at the Starbucks and Ashley at the checkin counter provided superb customer service. This location is close to the navy pier and the mag mile. I would definitely stay here again.

Good clean, quiet, hotel. They have hot breakfast to go options which is great for business trip stays.
Also within walking distance of many key activities, restaraunts, and tourist destinations in town. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel even at night, it seems to be a good area.
Fitness room was surprisingly very well equipped and well maintained. It had one of those sprinting treadmills which is always rare to find.

Friendly, helpful staff and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Used the hotel as a base while me and my Son visited Chicago.
The hotel room was a good size and warm and clean. Two Queen sized beds were very comfortable.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again
