Location i just 3min walk from the shopping area.
Breakfast was very good . The swimming pool was closed during Milton harricane, which I think was unreasonable, because nothing was happening on that side of Florida
We had a great experience at this hotel. During check-in, there was a brief issue with their computer system, but the staff quickly made up for it by offering complimentary drinks to my wife and me. The drinks were good and helped pass the time while we waited for our room. Once ready, the bell staff promptly brought our luggage up. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in an ideal location. Highly recommend!
The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. I always feel like I’m stepping into a serene oasis, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the room. Whether it’s the plush bedding or the stunning views, it’s truly a delightful experience.
What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout my visit, I always feel valued and well taken care of. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests, and that makes all the difference.
Unless the hotel is fully booked, I can confidently say that there’s nowhere else in Fort Lauderdale that I would choose to stay. The Hyatt Centric Las Olas has become my home away from home, and I look forward to each visit. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful experience!
The restaurant is great.
The one thing we would have liked is access to bottled water and soft drinks. We drink a lot of water. There were 2 bottles of water in our room, and where I understood it was an upscale hotel, I could not bring myself to pay 6.00 each for a bottle of water.
The hotel has a great location to the area, including the river walk and many restaurants. There is also an in-house bar and restaurant. I would happily stay here again!
