Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale

We had a great experience at this hotel. During check-in, there was a brief issue with their computer system, but the staff quickly made up for it by offering complimentary drinks to my wife and me. The drinks were good and helped pass the time while we waited for our room. Once ready, the bell staff promptly brought our luggage up. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in an ideal location. Highly recommend!

We’ve just had another amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas! We celebrated a birthday, and Mr. Jeffrey Katz made the celebration very special! It was our third stay at this hotel this year. We’ve been coming here to celebrate all our family’s important dates. The hotel team is simply amazing! We would like to specifically mention the restaurant team who are very welcoming and accommodating, and the food is on par with the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experiences at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Every time I stay there, I am consistently impressed by the luxurious accommodations and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. I always feel like I’m stepping into a serene oasis, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the room. Whether it’s the plush bedding or the stunning views, it’s truly a delightful experience.

What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout my visit, I always feel valued and well taken care of. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests, and that makes all the difference.

Unless the hotel is fully booked, I can confidently say that there’s nowhere else in Fort Lauderdale that I would choose to stay. The Hyatt Centric Las Olas has become my home away from home, and I look forward to each visit. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and our bed and linens were clean and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly. We were able to use the Tesla service, and we were able to use hotel chairs and towels at the beach. The beach towels and chairs were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but we had a great view of the pool from our room. The pool is pretty & clean with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a bar right on deck.

The restaurant is great.

The one thing we would have liked is access to bottled water and soft drinks. We drink a lot of water. There were 2 bottles of water in our room, and where I understood it was an upscale hotel, I could not bring myself to pay 6.00 each for a bottle of water.

This was a quick 3-day stay to visit elderly friends in the area. We had never stayed downtown before so gave it a try this time. We had a tremendous check-in experience by front desk agent, Tang. She recognized our status in the Hyatt program and explained all of the many amenities and discounts available to us. We got to our room and found it to be spacious with a comfortable bed and a fridge and two bottles of water. The shower had good water pressure and wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The hotel has a great location to the area, including the river walk and many restaurants. There is also an in-house bar and restaurant. I would happily stay here again!
