Hotel Zaza Museum District

My friend & I recently stayed here for the Beyoncé concert. We were met with valet & bag service upon our arrival, which was extremely nice. The front desk staff were very nice & welcoming. Our room was more than what we had expected as the photos we saw online did it no justice (double with balcony). The room was spacious, had the latest updates, the bathroom was of very decent size. Only thing I'd call out is the need to have modern thermostats instead of the older style. We really liked that the hotel had a restaurant on site & that it was open until 2am. Overall we were both very satisfied with our stay here. We'd highly recommend staying here & we would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel ZaZa performs even under pressure! We stayed here for the first time while visiting our grandchildren. I didn’t realize when booking the Cowboy Carter Tour was in town. It would be a very busy weekend. But, still, the front desk staff and valet staff were friendly, professional, and efficient in checking us in. In the mornings we enjoyed breakfast in the Monarch room and relaxed with drinks in the evening in the Lounge. The wait staff was exceptional! The meals coming out of the kitchen were outstanding and plentiful. Cocktails were creative and classic. The only area where we noticed a misstep was with housekeeping. We booked 2 rooms for our stay and in both cases each of us had to call down to the front desk for towels and TP each evening when we returned for the night. For example, even though there were 2 of us in one room, only one bath towel was provided. And though there was only a small amount of TP on the roll, there was no extra roll left as backup. Now, would we stay here again? Absolutely! The artwork throughout the ZaZa is stunning! Such a fun and eclectic vibe close to museums, Hermann Park, and Rice Village. Great location.

The ambience of Hotel Zaza is a far out vibe! As soon as you arrive on the property you can feel it… The poolside experience was fun & the Spa was a relaxing time. I give gratitude to all of the staff!

Also, the Monarch restaurant had a large variety of dishes to choose from & the food was absolutely delicious. TY HOTEL ZAZA!

I am impressed. After covid, every hotel we stay at has lost their customer service and amenities. They no longer clean every day, so you have to hunt them down. Not at Hotel ZaZa. They are wonderful. They are all about doing everything they can for their hotel guests. They greet you with champagne. They are all polite and friendly. They clean your room every day, and the maid came early and actually noticed when we left to come back later. They make you coffee every morning and cookies and refreshments every afternoon. There's a free shuttle that takes you around. It is really nice to be pampered.

Great location for visiting the museums. Loved being able to walk to the park. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered were friendly, helpful and prompt.

Staff were excellent.
Suite was older and due for upgrade.
Rooms with two beds are doubles and not queens.
No good options for self parking, overnight valet is $59 per night.
Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for pick up and drop off within 3 miles which was helpful.
Location is excellent.

Great relaxing hotel and by far my favorite hotel ! It is near the Houston Fine arts Museum, Hermann Park. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms very nice and comfortable! And the hotel really is beautiful!
