I enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptional! The rooms themselves weren't the nicest I've seen at a Four Seasons. Didn't feel cozy and the sofas had poor upholstery.

Super clean hotel, great food and the best staff!! I've been staying here since Sunday for work and it's been the best experience. 10/10 recommend. My colleague and I have tried so many different items on the menu and the food is simply excellent. The lobster tacos have been our favorite so far. That and salted caramel ice cream. I love sweets very much 😆 Thank you, four seasons!

I attended the meeting in the lobby of the Bayou and Bottle Hotel. From the valet to the bartenders and staff, I was SO impressed! Soft music in the background made for pleasant conversation. Stylish and sophisticated. Definitely lives up to its luxury 5 star reputation.

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. We were in a suite. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back!

Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.

So so disappointed. There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Lots of "door people" . Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room. The decor was basic hotel and the TV's had only basic cable and could not stream. There was a nice grocery store across the street. That was the highlight. Because we were in a residence unit, it was crazy expensive and most certainly was NOT worth it.

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back and stay again. It would be nice to see better food options and an inclusive breakfast deal that's value and not excessive.

Lovely room and lobby. Super clean and helpful. The pool is small though, and not very deep, and the poolside service was slow. Other than that, we’ve had a nice stay! They do late checkout for free which is very considerate.

The desk was very responsive to requests before during and after check in. Very friendly prompt service. The hotel was quiet at night- good for sleeping.
