Customer service is really poor in this hotel; I am very happy only with 2 staff members who were the only ones who helped without an attitude. Terrible that they charge you 60 USD per day for parking even if you are a guest. Rooms are old and not taken care of well.

I had an amazing experience with this hotel! The customer service was top-notch. Specially The receptionist Ms. Bridgette Jay was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to welcome us. Would highly recommend a stay.

I only stay at Marriott. Beverly Hills did not disappoint. I will definitely return. Great service, very good value. Walkable area, lots of amenities around. I enjoyed the stay.

We have stayed here 2 times in the last month. 1 time was just to come to town to visit family. then 2 weeks later we were back for a death in the family. The staff remembered us and were so kind. They asked what brought us back to town so quickly and when they heard our reasoning they were so kind. they checked on us throughout the next few days and that was very sweet.
The night staff were fabulous they made sure Us and our Sister (who had another room there also) were taken care of. All the staff were kind and the rooms were great. We had a great breakfast and the rooms were very clean.
We will be back.

I stay at this hotel very often for work, from the greeters/valet team (Eric), to the front desk staff (Bridgette, Michael, etc) they are extremely accommodating and easy to deal with. All have wonderful attitudes. The Bar Staff Is also excellent, restaurant menu changed recently and the food is delicious, order the crab cakes as an appetizer you will not be disappointed.
