Sunset Marquis Hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy city. There are paths full of green plants and small bridges in the park. The dishes in the restaurant are also delicious. The front desk and waiters are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. Seeing that we brought two children, we upgraded the room. I am very happy with the stay experience. I recommend it to my friends and will stay here next time.

The room was ok! But the parking fee was too high, so please be careful if you rent a car!

I recently booked the Couple’s Revival Spa Package (2.5-hour experience) and it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and at ease.

The heated massage table was a delightful touch, providing extra comfort and relaxation throughout the session. The therapists were professional and attentive, ensuring that we both had a truly rejuvenating experience.

This was exactly what we needed—a much-needed escape from our busy lives. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a top-notch massage experience.

I can't say enough good things about the staff, service and amenities at the Sunset Marquis. They went out of their way to turn a bad trip into a great experience after some initial mishaps while traveling.
Sydney, who served us multiple times at the restaurant, provided us with good local tips for shopping and experiences. All the valet staff and front desk were so helpful and friendly. The room was always clean and kept, as were the grounds and landscaping. This is a textbook example of how a hotel should function. Kudos!

A very comfortable traditional American hotel with a good environment and location. The steak in the restaurant tastes good, the service staff is also very friendly, and there are many music elements. Before leaving, there seemed to be an event in the gallery next to it, and many people attended in formal clothes. If it is your first time to Los Angeles, I strongly recommend it. There is a traditional farmer's market in the south, which has everything to eat and drink, which is better than the Grand Central Market. If you have the opportunity to come to Los Angeles again, you must stay in this hotel for two more nights. Recommended…

I can't say enough good things about Sunset Marquis! Secluded and quiet, yet just one block to the Sunset Strip. Lovely gardens, spacious rooms, and excellent food at Cavatina. Best of all, the nicest and most accommodating staff! A great value as well. Never staying anyplace else!

I’ve traveled a lot, and this is the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Not only is it incredibly cool, and in an excellent location, the staff, beginning with Chase, from the second we walked in, and every single one of them there after, were so kind, so accommodating, went above and beyond throughout the whole stay!
If I could pick this hotel up and bring it with me everywhere I go, I would!

Excellent hotel and staff

Stayed here for multiple nights on two different trips in 10 days and got to experience the hotel rooms and the villas. We had a little snafu with the first room but Chase expertly handled it without any questions and is entirely the reason we returned again (and we are so glad we did as he treated us like royalty - thank you Chase!!).

The grounds of this property are magnificent - somehow managing to be relaxing and exciting at the same time. If not for the occasional sirens it was easy to forget that we were in the middle of a very urban area.

The restaurant has great food and a fun bar. We never stopped in the other bar but it sounded like great fun whenever we walked past.

The house keeping is awesome! Not intrusive and made sure everything looks refreshed when we returned to our room.

It was also nice that there is a town car available to take us short distances.

The only improvement I would suggest is to offer reduced parking rates in the evening so that local friends/family could drive over and visit us.
