Clean, comfy and courteous. The front desk staff was so accommodating when we arrived several hours early and got us in a room pretty quick. Airport shuttle service every 30 minutes was a great plus. They also had service to take you to various area businesses and would come back and pick you up when ready. Would definitely recommend this location. Great continental+ breakfast in the mornings, too

Excellent place for Bed and Breakfast, the staff very friendly, The housekeepers nice peoples. Thanks. Recommended if you need price, comfort, location, service and breakfast. We are from Orlando Florida. Nice experience.

The smoke alarm started to beep at 1 am, the kind of beep indicating battery was in need to be replaced. Call the front desk, they were very responsive and switched us to another room. I know things happen, but this was the first time this happened in a hotel room I have ever stayed. Other than that everything else was fine. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. Services were excellent.

Do not book if you are arriving at night or care about your time. The hotel does not run a continuous shuttle and you have to call to request pickup from the airport. Which is normally fine if they didn't leave the line busy and not answer calls. It took over an hour to be picked up from the airport at 10 PM with no traffic or other pickups and dropoffs. The front desk staff also repeatedly lied about the status of the shuttle. Customer service is horrible

This was a fantastic hotel! We had the nicest experience with the most cooperative staff. They even held our luggage safely and we caught the bus shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic with great options. Clean rooms, and also secure with a security guard at night who made sure we parked our car easily. Overall great experience!

We have no reservations about choosing this hotel for our family vacation because they far exceeded our expectations. My family and I were very pleased, and we have no reservations about booking this hotel for our next family vacation! It is highly recommended!

We had a great room that you could see the sunset and sunrise from. There is also an emergency balcony exit at the end of the hall that you can view all the planes coming into to land at LAX

Nice and clean hotel near LAX Airport. They have remodeled rooms with new mattress and TV. The room is big enough and has a huge window.
Their continental breakfast was good.

Stayed in a newly renovated room, nice and clean! One elevator was down during the renovation which really slowed things down! The area is not so nice, just down the block from hertz rental lot. Free parking for guests! Short ride to lax every 30 minutes on free shuttle.
