convenient location near LA airport and transit bus run between the airport and hotel every half hour. Friendly reception and There is a nice restaurant. A bit small room size. The main problem with this hotel is they keep your security deposit for too long, 3 weeks passed , they still haven't released my fund, even I made a phone call to the hotel a week ago promising will be done in 2 days .

Just outside of T1, this is the closest LAX hotel. Friendly staff, spacious room, and close to restaurants. Would stay again!

Excellent location, quite close to the airport. Good place to watch the plane taking off and landing through the window in the room. Staff are very enthusiastic, dedicated to solve the problem. Would stay here next time I come to LAX.

The 12 Oak valet staff at Hyatt Regency exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm, genuine welcome and quickly took care of my vehicle with efficiency and care. What truly stood out was their attentiveness—always ready to assist with luggage, provide directions, or answer questions with a friendly attitude. Each interaction felt personal, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Their courtesy, speed, and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of the Hyatt brand.

The Hyatt turned out to be an excellent choice for our extended weekend away in LA. The location across from LAX was perfect and easy to find. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us. The rooms were up to date, clean, and although across the street from one of the largest airports in the world, quiet. The bonus was being able to watch all the jumbos taking off at night to destinations all over the world. All of this for what i consider a reasonable price per night. We will be back next time we go to LA LA Land.

I have stayed at this location quite a few times over the last decade and I think it’s a great airport hotel.

The good:
-Staff is really friendly (front desk, valet, shuttle, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.)
-Location! I like that I can sometimes avoid the shuttle when airport traffic is heavy and just walk directly to my terminal (Tom Bradley might be a far walk though).
-Rooms are large, modern.
-Fitness Center is huge
-Restaurant has great food
-Views of planes landing provides a lot of free entertainment!

Less good:
-the rooms could use a little update. There’s a little wear and tear from the high volume that comes with an airport hotel. But it’s still maintained really well
-Lack of Chromecast on the TVs.
