Please do not stay at this hotel!!!! My friends and I booked this hotel for our trip to Miami. To say the least we were excited to stay there. Upon arriving to this hotel we were shocked to see that there were no security cameras in the hotel. The hotel had numerous exists which meant that anyone can enter/exist the hotel and not be seen. Also, our hotel room looked outdated and run down, the carpet had stains, the vent in the bathroom was filled with dust, the balcony had bird feces everywhere, the coffee area had crumbs, and the room looked as if it was falling apart. The main issue we had were the bugs in our room. There were flies frying near the lamps and in the bathroom. To my horror I saw bugs on my bed, which made me paranoid and I could not sleep. I sat on a chair to avoid laying on the bed. Then, we decided to voice our concerns to the manager. We were then moved to another hotel room. However, our problem was far from over. My friend Simone decided to inspect her bed and saw the same bug we saw in the first room. She then called the front desk and we packed up our suitcases and moved to yet another room. We stayed in a total of 3 rooms before deciding to leave and book another hotel. Honestly I won’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The only good thing about this hotel is the outdoor dining/bar area which has an excellent view. Also, this hotel has a nice pool area. Other than that I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The manager promised us a refund but I am seeing that I am still being charged. Guys save yourself the trouble and book a 4 or 5 star hotel. I have video/photographic evidence of everything we experienced at the hotel.

Clean and well-managed hotel. Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself.
A bit pricey for what they offer, but compared to what other hotels in this area are charging it's not as pricey as it looks.

The most amazing Hotel I'm staying in many many years. They have the restaurant stuck them downstairs best food you can eat on the beach. Well one of the best. As far as dining outside. For fish steaks and incredible liquor bar management is great staff is amazing very uppity people I definitely recommend this place hotel and the restaurant downstairs amazing place to stay.

Given this place 4 only because it is very well used and dated inside. The staff all seem great and the location is great being right on the water. All in all if your not for a 4 or 5 star hotel but a clean place to sleep with a view this is your place.

The inn that I had the option to book for my movement is extraordinary. The rooms were perfect, entirely agreeable, and the staff was astounding. They went over and past to help make my visit charming. I energetically suggest this inn for anybody searching for the best spot to remain while an extended get-away.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western on the Bay Inn!! The staff is what made it so great. It was a long time dream of my husband's to take 2 of our grandsons on a deep sea fishing trip. A friend of ours that lives in FL joined us on the trip and we had 2 rooms. It was a memorable time, made even more special by the kindness of the hotel staff. The boys used the fitness center and I enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the deck at night with my husband. Very nice trip. Thank you

Awesome stay!!! View was EVERYTHING!! Room was clean daily to include linen change and bed made on time)! Loved the convenience of having an onsite bar/grill. As little pricey...should be a little discounted for those staying at hotel but besides that no complaints!! Lastly, location was close to shopping, dining and of course the BEACH!!!!

The staff was Very Awesome. The Manager on the other hand was not nice at all. He Spoke to all the White Americans that came in but He did not acknowledge me Or the Hispanic lady who came in behind me. But everyone else he Smiled and said Good Morning/Afternoon. He made sure that they had everything they needed. Not once did he ask me any question as he asked the others. I even Said have a Great afternoon. He looked at me and kept texting on his phone. But when the White lady that was walking into the lobby hit the door he smiled and Said Good Morning I hope you enjoy your day.. I was not pleased with him at all.

Beautiful location!
I booked a last minute room here for when my mother came to visit me & I wish I could live in this spot! An easy drive to Wynwood & Miami Beach, yet secluded from the chaos of tourists.
The staff were all very friendly & the room was clean & peaceful. Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing place we definitely go to again. Staff a really Staff great rooms are nice right on the ocean. Outside swimming areas fantastic along with the bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. More than enough parking. Easy access to the beach after a shot drive.
