Wish I could give 1000 stars. Stayed here from June 9 -12. This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one. Definitely will stay at this lovely boutique hotel again to celebrate my birthday next. Keep up the good work guys. Much ❤️ From Naomi in New Jersey

The price was ok. WIFI was horrible, we didn’t get any service. However, their front clerk Diamond is amazing, respectful, patient and very pleasant. She was very polite and even gave us some ideas of what was good around the area.

Despite the on line review saying the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast lunch and dinner it was ONLY open breakfast. Trying to find food was a nightmare. The service at breakfast sucked! With only 2 tables in the restaurant they got everything wrong. Just to get a bottle of water you had to go off site. The lobby shop was closed. The bar inside didn’t open till after 5. Couldn’t find a Bloody Mary in the morning. Would not come back!

I had a beautiful view. You could see that the hotel is a bit old, yet my room was comfortable and quite large. The breakfast was not sufficient and poor. No parking possibility in the hotel. Parking across the street from the hotel for a fee.

We flew in early and were unable to check in the first lady we spoke to wasn't very friendly or helpful. But when we came back Cindy checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. Our bartender made an awesome mojito and the entrance to the beach from the hotel was extremely convenient. There's two reasons why I gave this review 4 stars and not 5. The fitness room had no cups to use with the water cooler they provided and the hot tub was not hot at all. It wasn't even warm. Other than those two things I had a great view and a nice short stay and would stay here again.

Hotel is located right on the sand with easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and pool side bar with frozen drinks. I had a Jr suite with a balcony it was nice for the price and a nice view. I recommend this hotel if you can get it at a great price. Overall I had a great time. Thanks for reading and good luck. Have fun. Miami Beach FL is awesome. Beautiful beach, warm water and nice clean sand. Oh and plenty of eating options and there is a trolley that takes you to South Beach if you want to explore the party scene.

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. I had requested a room with a king bed. I got a handicap room with two double beds on what was essentially the second floor even though it was numbered in the 400 s. There was a constant sound of a buzzing generator that could be heard from the room which made it impossible to sleep coupled with the loud sounds of traffic and South Beach Partiers. The proximity to the beach was great, but if you want to use chairs on the beach that's an additional charge of $10 per chair without an umbrella through a different vendor. The pool area is also nice. The food in the restaurant was not great. On the second day we opted to go with the fresh made omelettes, it made all the difference. So if you want to go to South Beach and don't plan to be in your room much (particularly at night) this might be the hotel for you.

Visiting this hotel on a recent trip to South Beach for a few days. Hotel needs some renovation and upkeep. Room was just "OK". Service here was lackluster and no one seemed to care you were a guest of theirs. Front desk agents were friendly at times, and belldesk were always rude to you if you interrupted their conversation with each other, unless you were looking for something they can make money on. Ask about car rentals and of course provided me with a card and his name on it.... I bet they get a cut out of your rental. Pool area is good and maintained well, even took a night swim and security was kind enough to allow us as we were the only ones there. Distance to main strip is about 20 min walk on the boardwalk and the beachfront is good.
