Lovely little hotel tucked away in a quiet area not far from ocean boulevard. Rooms are bigger than average hotel rooms and have a well equipped kitchen. Staff is lovely and there is a small continental breakfast offered in s whimsical tea room. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the hub of ocean boulevard is only 5 minutes away.

Big and spacious room with TV that included Netflix, Disney, apple, etc. Bed is comfortable.
Friendly staff, breakfast limited but it's sufficient ( breads, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, sweet pastries)
Wifi didn't work that well in the room. It's nice that there was a kitchen with a small table as well.
Compared to some other hotels in the Miami Beach area the security deposit ($100) is a bit high.
I would stay here again.

Horrible service. Lift is slow, wifi doesn't work properly. Breakfast has no fresh fruits, except boiled eggs there is no other option in eggs. Breakfast restaurant is tiny with kindergarten look alike furniture.
Rooms are big but decoration is ugly. There's no clip hangers in closet; so, can't hang trousers.

Perfect location. Only 2 minutes from the beach and next to ocean drive. Room was very spacious, clean and came with a nice balcony. Got a free upgrade without even having to ask
It’s very quiet, too. Breakfast is nice. I enjoyed my time here a lot. Would come again.

Very nice chic and small hotel. Located in walking distance near many local restaurants and the beach. Not far from the nightlife on Ocean or Collins. Can uber or walk. Only issue upon arriving was that there was an issue with the door and lock to my room. My room was nice. It's small but decent size for 2 people. They offered to move us to another room. But the maintenance guy came and fixed it and no other issues or complaints. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ehhh but the little Cafe room was cute. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel. Very difficult to park around and expensive to park in public parking. If you go avoid rely on car. The hotel is fine and good service and good breakfast. Nice staff as well
