The hotel is located in a calm and convenient area of Miami, just a short walk from the beach. There’s a CVS pharmacy nearby where you can easily pick up drinks, snacks, or any extra amenities you might need.

Basic amenities are provided, but the bottles are quite small, so you may want to bring your own. There are no pajamas available, so it’s best to prepare those in advance.

If you walk straight ahead, you’ll reach Ocean Drive Ave., where there are plenty of great places to eat and drink.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean with a nice scent. Overall, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay!

Receptionist on the phone, allows you to belch loudly, a disgrace, no welcome, zero service, microwave at reception dirty, the second night it disappeared, expensive for zero service

The front desk clerk had issue with my reservation upon arrival, which is scary for a jet lagged traveler. However, she let us into the room and said she would text or call with any issues. I was traveling on a broken foot and requested a shower chair prior to arrival, was ultimately told they did not have this which I thought was pretty standard for hotels. Unexpectedly I got sick on the morning of checkout which delayed our leaving. The staff kindly allowed a later checkout. Overall, we had a good stay and I’d come back when in Miami.

I really like this place but the fragrance was way too strong and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff took care of the cleanliness swiftly though once I shared my concerns.

unpleasant experience, our door was cracked, the room we stayed in was right infront of the elevator where people continuously walked in and out. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe because of our door. the bedding wasn’t washed properly, the level above us and the same floor were loud. we had a heard time sleeping, very horrible experience

Very disappointing stay — would not recommend

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Miami and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The air conditioner in my room was broken and could not be fixed the same evening, and I was not offered a room replacement despite the issue.

The bedsheets were dirty upon arrival, and during my 4-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all — no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing.

The walls are extremely thin — I could hear my neighbors talking as if they were in the same room.

To make matters worse, the front desk was frequently unattended when I needed assistance.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or responsive place to stay.

Had a great stay! Room was cool and comfortable. The finishings were modern. The only complaint I had was the walls seemed thin on one side of us and there was a loud family one night that kept us up a bit. Luckily it didn’t last too long but just one issue. Going back to the stay, the staff was friendly and the lobby was comfortable.

Great location. Close to the Miami Convention Centre, Miami Beach and within walking distance to good F&B outlets.

Rooms are clean and of a decent size. Fairly priced, if you book in advance.

good price, great location, rooms were very clean and nice. Walls were a bit thin though; we were able to hear snoring and coughing every night throughout our stay, but it wasn't too bad.

We were floor 1, could hear noise above us for the entire stay. Very disruptive
