they have a massive sign that says “front desk is happy to help” and yet the woman (Angie) swore under her breath at us when we asked for a receipt for our refund. we were there for maybe 2 hours max and wanted to leave. felt completely unsafe, dirty, bathroom has stains and no shower curtain, a lingering smell that didn’t leave no matter what. the blinds had unexplainable stains and the bathroom looked like a murder-scene clean up. so a gross room, nasty smell, unsafe environment combined with rude and unwelcoming staff? go for a different place because this was not worth ANYTHING but the loose cigarette found in the mattress

I booked a 6-night stay for my father at your hotel from April 28th to May 4th. From the beginning, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. On the first night, both the bathroom and the sink were clogged. We went to the front desk to complain, and although someone was sent to fix it, they were very rude when speaking with us.

Furthermore, during the entire 6-night stay, no one came to clean the room even once. One day, he even found a cockroach in his bed. The hallways of the hotel were never cleaned either. We are honestly very upset and disappointed with the poor service and lack of hygiene in the hotel.

This was not a cheap stay, and we expected much better. I would really appreciate your help regarding this matter.

I decided to go for this place due to the convenient location, considering I have to stay 2 nights somewhere “secure” with my daughter in Miami. Nothing to say, great neighborhood and everything is near.
This is the review of a 10 y.o kid:
the first impression is a person that smells like he was smoking pot in the job.
The room smells like if someone has been smoking there the whole life.
The room did not have remote control for the tv. We requested it and never get it.

The neighbors smoke marihuana all the day (and night). Honestly I have to review Florida laws to understand if that was legal.
The good part is that I have the opportunity to tell to my daughter that if someone smells like this in her life, it is time to run away.
I think you do not have an hotel, you have a bunker.
We just stay because the bed was delicious (or we were so high that slept well).
We were able to notice something was not ok as are now on the same chain in Fort Lauderdale and the room is exactly the same, but clean (nevertheless people also smoke marihuana everywhere). Same furniture, same shape, etc.

Flew in for a Carnival Cruise. Did not get to check in until around midnight. If it wasn't for the time I would have checked in somewhere else. This is definitely in the ghetto. Very sketchy neighborhood. We heard gun shots outside of our room. The front service was very weird. She kind of acted like it was her first day. Didn't give any information. Told us our rooms. We're right. Next door to each other. Turned out it was at the end of the hall and then he had to walk around the whole entire building to get to the next one. We had two rooms. Got to the room and neither of the lamps worked. Shower was dirty. Sink had staining all over it. Refrigerator was leaking water everywhere. Checked out and canceled the reservations for the way home. Booked with Hilton blue lagoon for $8 more and it was an amazing experience.
