InterContinental at Doral Miami, an IHG Hotel

Was able to stay at this wonderful resort a second time and again it exceeded expectations. Starting with the front desk getting us checked in quickly and having someone help us with our luggage, to a beautiful and clean room. The pool was so relaxing.
Food and staff were so helpful and happy, they couldn't help but put me in a great mood! Wife made me promise to stay here again next time we come to town.

Excellent staff, convenient location.
We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night.
The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. We also tried their sushi and cerviche which was fresh and delicious.
The check in and check out process was efficient and simple

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. The customer service is excellent; from the front desk, the servers at the restaurant, the concierge and the housekeeping personel, they all offered outstanding customer service.

Booked a 2 night stay here. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately and walked over to the front desk check in. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged my Diamond Elite status. They also asked if I thought of becoming Ambassador. I have considered and they explained to me all the benefits.

We were placed in the highest floor away from the elevator just like I requested. The lounge was not available on the club floor. It is now in the bar/restaurant area. It is very minimal compared to the Atlanta Buckhead location.

The room is dated. Carpet in the hallway has a old smell. Our room had a balcony which was nice. There was a tub instead of a stand up shower.

Not sure if I will return back again.

Good breakfast, hotel and rooms are spacious and very affordable. Convenient location if you want to shop as there are several malls nearby. No shuttle bus to airport

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, room service and amenities such as the pool and gym were great. Most often it was an employee named Kay. He was really helpful, professional and friendly. He was quick and pleasant to check in, offered room service, which I'm glad I listened to because the food was great for both breakfast and dinner. Delivery was fast too. I would definitely recommend and I will stay here again.

I liked it very much. There is Wi-Fi, a business center with 2 computers, a pool surrounded by palm trees, chairs and tables near the pool, a fitness center, a large clean room

This is a beautiful hotel, both inside and out. It's worth booking a club room as the breakfast was amazing, with a basic tea time. I never made it to the evening reception. Certainly worth the upgrade. There was ample parking, top notch customer service, slippers, robe, and nice toiletries. This is my favorite place in the Miami area now.
