Hilton Miami Downtown

This location is NICE. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the lobby and outside greenery sitting area , restaurants & the lobby roof seating area are all great & top tier features of this hotel. The staff is super friendly, housekeeping services are super fast and the manager is very hospitable, customer service oriented and very professional. I did have a problem with my toilet but everyone from the maintenance to housekeeping to the manager all were super hospitable took care of the problem efficiently and also accommodated me. I would most certainly recommend this location and I hope to visit again soon.

Nice very large hotel with helpful staff. A lovely pool area & very good for children. However a male server removed my plate before I had finished eating on 3 occasions, so that wasn't so great, after a tip. And again when we were trying to read the menu, a staff member changed the light on the table to red.? Only 1 very tiny shampoo 24ml & tiny 15ml conditioner in the room when 2 people are staying & 1 tea bag.! So maybe take your own.! Would be better & less wasteful to have a dispenser for the soap, shampoo & shower gel. Would be better to make sure lights are turned off, when connecting rooms aren't in use. Fan in our bathroom didn't work @ all. Nice food but rather expensive @ $28 per person for a help yourself breakfast & limited amount of foods. Was better value before @ $19 for a great American breakfast which was fabulous. Good local amenities A good well stocked shop close by which we thought was a bank. Found out there was a free local bus to the shops & free metro that was a plus, only we got stuck on it for 2 hours because of the rain.! Was fun though. Only 30mins on a local bus to the beach & for only $2.25 each way. A bargain. Who needs an expensive taxi. With a fabulous ice cream parlour on the walk back to the bus. 😋

Spanish lady in the front was an absolute sweetheart. I wish I had wrote down her name. She treated us like we were family, and extremely fast service. She did a great job explaining everything. Overall the stuff was very very sweet. Rooms were okay, scenery was spectacular though. Only issue is the parking in this area which I understand is out of the hotels control. 9/10 experience.

We were checked in by a younger, shorter, Spanish female (I wish I remember her name). She was extremely polite, offered me an upgrade to a junior suite, and provided the necessary information about the hotel.

The positive side of the hotel is the location and having a Publix across the street. The valet was always fast and friendly. The room was phenomenal, but the bathroom was tiny for being a junior suite room. We were crammed in it. The room had amazing views, but the heat would overpower the air if you left the drapes open. The shower pressure was great for a hotel. The main bar in the lobby had a DJ for Friday evening/night. The pool area had its own bar outside and it was clean as well as refreshing.

The negatives for me were that this hotel draws in cruise ship vacationers. If you are trying to leave when they leave, the elevators beyond suck. I also think that the restaurant for breakfast is what way way over priced for a hotel. Then again, you are in Miami.

I would stay here again if I needed a hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Great location. Breakfast is included which was extremely good. We also parked our car here to go on a cruise and the hotel shuttles you to the boats. Very convenient . Only negative is the price. In my opinion it is extremely high, but then again we are in Miami. We stay here every time we cruise out of the Miami port. Nice hotel in downtown Miami with a good view of the bay. Close to American airlines arena (less than 10 mins walk). The staff is helpful and responsive. I expected the rooms to be a bit bigger but otherwise it's a nice hotel. I would come back if I had to

Great place and location. The views were amazing! The pool needs to be redone and the are updated/remodeled. The staff was very nice and friendly. We also found pubic hair in the tub which was kind of gross, other than that it was a great place to stay.

I had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very nice clean. The only problem I had was trying to get a microwave. They should have a microwave in every room so that you don't have to wait hours and hours to get one. But I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
