Downside-knock on the door at 9 AM on Sunday morning was not appreciated. Checkout is 11-did not appreciate the wake up.
The main areas of the hotel were lovely, but the rooms are overdue for some updates. Furniture and carpet were quite worn. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a safe, mini fridge, and armoire. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so much that I purchased them for myself upon returning home. We were there for a work conference, and the hotel staff did an amazing job with meals and various snack/refreshment stations during our time there. Neat convenience store in the hotel as well called Lagniappe. It carried everything you might need during your stay, including souvenirs!
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
