Couple tips, Don't stay on the Bourbon Street side if you want to sleep in early. Way too much music going on with that side.
Parking is not cheap, they seem to have no free options for parking. We took the valet option, they were amazing. I tracked my car using my phone and those guys have to park 5 blocks away then come back to the hotel. I hope they get good pay and tips!
Service was quick when needed. The AC was not working correctly. When I called about it, the maintenance technician was knocking on the door in just a few minutes. It took him just a few minute to correct the issue.
I would like to thank the hotel for a wonder stay!

I definitely had a haunted experience. It was actually very pleasant versus another one I had at another hotel. I smelled the cigar smoke in the elevator where it was completely confined and no one was smoking a cigar anywhere around. In my room, the lights in my bathroom vanity went out only to find out that the bulbs were loosened. My heating pad I use for my back wouldn’t work and lights only flashed erratically when I plugged it back in. The electrical outlets worked fine and my heating pad worked fine when I went back home. I was playing music on my phone and the volume randomly got louder and softer during some songs. I overall slept very well and soundly throughout the night. I did not hear much noise outside my room. I felt the ghosts were very friendly! I definitely recommend and I’d stay here again for another haunted experience!
