Very pleasant experience
I can’t remember the name of the young man who got us checked in but he was friendly and made the check in process pleasant. The rooms and property were nice and comfortable.

The staff at this property are big on customer service. The hotel is clean, my room smelled so good upon entry and the New Orleans flavored chips were an added benefit. The hotel is surrounded by art, food and bars. I would definitely stay at the Renaissance again.

Nice hotel. Close to the Convention Center and a short 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are quick to assist with any issues that may arise. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to stay in New Orleans.
