The rub drained slowly. There was a hair on my bed and the property seemed very vintage and can use upgrades.

This property is stunning!! The courtyard is perfect for relaxing with a book and a cup of coffee, there are lots of restaurants in the area, very close to the French Market and the Mississippi River, and the rooms are well-kept and comfortable.

Lovely hotel far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street that is excellently staffed and appointed with wonderful amenities. Evelyn and Elena at the front desk were wonderful. Thomas at the bar was comical and knowledgeable behind that bar and familiarity of the area.

This is a beautiful hotel. Im in awe. Feels like Im in france. Its clean. The room smells new. Beds are so comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever come back, i would love to stay here. I usually dont like to leave reviews but this property is just so cute!❤️

Highly recommend
If a friend told me they were traveling to New Orleans, I would immediately recommend Hotel Provincial. In the 4 days we were there, we only needed to take a Lyft one time because everything was so walkable. The French Market is literally around the corner. Tons of restaurants, bars, tours are all around. It's a hotel from the 1960s so you get that old-timey feel to it too. Not only is the location very central but the hotel itself is very nice. We enjoyed the pool every day we were there to escape the heat and the hotel felt clean. We did see a rat one night near the pool area but I think that's just a byproduct of being in the French Quarter, where they have rats. Apart from that, this was a great stay!

Everything about the hotel was great with the exception of the room location. It was on the first floor by the roadway which was very noisy all night. Nothing the hotel could help. This is the French quarter that is full of loud, drunk, stoned riffraff. The hotel and staff were great but New Orleans is not the place to visit.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful—charming New Orleans character with all the modern comforts. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and music spots. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet and spotless. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and it was such a magical experience! Mike is such a kind soul and helped us figure out transportation and the beach. David was so helpful too in helping the whole time. It really did feel like a home away from home - felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and historic but our room was renovated and so beautiful and clean. The Swiftie gift bag upon our arrival was such a sweet surprise - they really cared for us!

I’m so disappointed by my stay here. I previously came to this hotel and had a great experience in 2020 prior to the pandemic. When I came this time I requested months prior to have a in the courtyard and was met back a curt email saying they don’t guarantee anything, so I asked if I couldn’t pay more to get a room I wanted? I received no reply. Fine I let it go. The room we received was in the very back building above the breakfast restaurant that smells like curdled milk. Every 2 minutes starting at 8 am we heard a door slam. I woke up so many times. No sleeping in except for with a pillow over my head. Reception was NOT friendly. My disappointment was met with a rude toned “it’s a request not a guarantee” about my
Email and that we could move for more money to a room that was not ready. I was already paying double the price in Canadian. I decided not to because we’re checking out the next day. I think a hotel that gave a crap would care a bit more to fix the situation at least with some friendliness. Too bad.

I loved this little spot! Super amazing staff they gave us recommendations on everything and did not let us down! The bar here was super cute and drinks were great. Room was very comfortable only downfall was the shower pressure was not great I would give hotel a 9/10 only negative was the shower pressure
