The Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans - Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts

Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized.

The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing.

We ordered food from the Dominica Restaurant in the lobby. Everything was delicious; however, the Fried Tuscan Kale was phenomenal.

The only drawback is parking.

Traveling to New Orleans for Essence music festival with friends and family. I would like to say thank you to Jasmine at the front desk, Dylan, the doorman, and Al/Alvin/ Albert the bellman.

They took great care of us, and remembered our names. which gave us a memorable experience during our stay. I route what spaces and did not like amenities.
I can’t wait to try this place out for Christmas, as everyone talks about the decorations.

The service is impeccable - we had some reservation issues early on, but Ashley in concierge went above and beyond to make it right. Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great

The Roosevelt, Waldorf Astoria hotel in New Orleans was a luxurious place to call home while we explored the French Quarter. From valet to rooftop swimming pool, from beautiful lobby to cozy rooms, the Waldorf was a breath of fresh air in a city of adventure. We stayed in an upgraded room and enjoyed the spacious sitting areas, comfortable beds, and clean and well apprortioned washroom. Staff was pleasant and kind, and attentive to our needs. Valet was secure, uncovered, but lacked any form of EV charging. A stay at the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria is highly recommended.

From the time I arrived till I left, the hotel and the staff were above and beyond my expectations. The only thing missing from my experience was my family, as I travelled for business. The room was upgraded and was overlooking the pool. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff at the fountain lounge was phenomenal. The cleaning staff was beyond expectations. I felt pampered and well taken care of all the time. The water and the chocolate on the night stand was a beautiful touch and made me smile every night I’d come back after dinner to find the treats and the curtains pulled shut, making the room ready for a good nights rest. I hope to return with my family some day. As a world traveller, I have to admit this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and despite the fact that the lobby and the rooms are glorious, what made my stay great were the people working there.

I have lived in New Orleans for 23 years, and it was my first time visiting this property. I love that! Every member of the staff was so nice and helpful. The property is so beautiful, and historic. Everything was very clean, and a great location to anything you need in New Orleans. Lots of dining options as well.

We had a four-room group stay this weekend and the customer service could not have been better! One of the four rooms had a breast-feeding mom and the person checking us in overheard us talking about needing a refrigerator. Without even asking, I received notification via email that a personal concierge had heard of our request and a refrigerator would be brought to their room before their arrival. Fantastic service, beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and a welcoming staff. Couldn't be better!

Oh my !The best place to stay when in New Orleans! Convenient to everything, within walking Distance to the best restaurants in town. Breakfast at hotel was great with a welcome greeting from Stacy. Valet and concierge people like Theron and Jeremy made our stay so home . kudos to them
