This is the worst hotel I have ever lived,
because they are thieves. After I checked out on March 20th with everything paid, they charged me another 203.63USD to my credit card saying I had a dinner at their restaurant on March 21st.
I remember that night I was laying in my bed at Las Vegas hotel, receiving a charging SMS from a NYC hotel. Clearly this is wrong.
I asked my bill for my stay, found out they did charge to my credit after I have checked out. The thing is I am not only leaving the hotel and I was leaving NYC, there is no way I showed up the second day at their hotel. Then I showed the proof to them, they later told my travel agent they did charge the wrong person, but later they say they need to more check on the facts.
Till today, I haven’t got my money back. I have sent two more emails to them, but on one respond. I have lost my money because of their stupidity for 20 days. I had my patience and tolerance for them, but they ruined it completely.
For me, they are equal to thieves. They don’t take this problem.
My example is a truly warning for everyone.
Stay away from this hotel.

Very nice view. Price is competitive. A bit small but ok for 1 person. Would come again.

The room is not big, but the balcony is huge, and there are lounge chairs and tables where you can lie down and watch the night view or sunrise, which is very beautiful. Breakfast needs to be ordered, there is a restaurant downstairs, and a gourmet fast food bar. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is good.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

Loved everything about this hotel !
Location is amazing-many Cafes and Restaurants in the neighborhood, The property is very impressive and stands out from a distance. The check in included Valet Parking was swift and the room is lovely: very nice decor and a Great (truly 5 Star) Shower. 2 small remarks:
1. The bed was quite small
2. Not enough free power outlets in the room

This was a wonderful spot to spend a short staycation. I definitely enjoyed the morning views with my coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfy and appreciated the complimentary credit towards in-room breakfast. I did have a snafu with my invoice and was able to work with the staff to get it sorted. So cheers to staying somewhere that's not Manhattan and being able to explore Williamsburg.

BEST hotel in Brooklyn by far!!! We (+ many of our guests!) stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn't rave about the property enough! From the attentive service to the incredible rooms/views/ambiance and incredible dining options, The William Vale is everything and more. They made our wedding weekend the most luxurious experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend staying or hosting a group here!
