I was hesitant when I booked this hotel because it is an older property, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were fairly updated, clean and comfortable. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant waiters and the bartender were friendly & professional. Our family was there over Thanksgiving and ate at the hotel restaurant buffet which was fantastic! The location is minutes from Universal and has a shuttle as well as being surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. This hotel was a great value and we will definitely be back next time around.

My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is excellent—close to many restaurants and gift shops—several issues detracted from the overall experience.

Firstly, the room was not fully cleaned during our stay. One of the most frustrating problems was the toilet, which clogged almost daily, making it difficult to use as waste wouldn’t flush properly. Additionally, the combination of a curtain and a bathtub caused excessive water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating an inconvenient mess.

Another small but notable issue was the coffee service. While they provided a coffee sachet, they didn’t consistently supply cups, leaving us unable to enjoy the coffee on some days.

After a few days, we raised these concerns at the front desk, and the service improved noticeably. Unfortunately, by that time, we only had two more days left in our stay.

Although the location is a strong point, the repeated inconveniences early on made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel continues to improve to provide a better experience for future guests.

A great hotel, with great accommodation and service! Super clean, and the front desk is always willing to help you and guide you to make sure that you stay is as best as they possibly can make it! Super grateful to stay here, and I will definitely recommend anyone who comes to Orlando to stay at this hotel

It was fabulous. The rooms for me looked great! My sister and I just stayed there to sleep because we spent most of our days at Disney world! We crashed this hotel. I like the antique furniture. I'm not saying all the rooms look like that but ours did and I didn't mind it. It gave the room character. It looked just like the picture. It also had modern day furniture in it but the room we stayed in was antique looking. Our room had a beautiful armoire with a mirror in there so you could hang your clothes and admire yourself. It also had a dresser that was large and clean! The room itself was absolutely clean! I say clean because I'm a house keeper. It had a small refrigerator, a blow dryer and a TV, a nightstand and the dresser on the inside was clean! There's was a pool in the back that looked really nice for the kids and family that wanted to swim and just stick around the hotel. The faculty seemed very nice and the grounds were kept up and clean! We stayed on the first floor. You could hear the traffic from the road at times but for the most part it was pretty quiet. I enjoyed my stay and I'll probably return if I ever go back to Disney world. It was affordable family-friendly and very clean

Had a room in block 3 level 4. Nice night time views of International Drive. Room a bit dated, but comfy beds and functional. Have stayed here a few times and have always felt safe and secure. Good value hotel and no complaints from me or my wife. Would recommend this hotel.
