Wyndham Garden Universal / I Drive Hotel

This hotel is beautiful. Tina at the front desk is amazing; she made the stay even better. I had a party of 5 and the room was very accommodating that we all fit comfortable. The room was clean, gorgeous bathroom, easy location. Tina was very personable, always willing to help and her personality was outstanding.

Rooms were great. When we arrived at the hotel they had both computers occupied with one party and we stood there for about 6 to 8 mins to be checked in to our rooms. I'm not sure if they have a online check in option but that would be a good way to work around having to stand waiting. The location of the hotel is great right outside universal would recommend for a short trip.

This is a modern hotel. Our room was beautiful. The pool is open till 11:00 p.m. we used it once and it was nice because not a lot of people use it since there's so much to do in Orlando. So it was peaceful for me and my family. The laundry service is near the pool area. This is very convenient when you want to wash your clothes before heading back home. It's $3 to wash and $3 to dry. The front desk sells soap and softener. We had a refrigerator so I recommend purchasing water and Gatorade and leaving it in the fridge. The front desk does sell drinks but it's expensive. I give this place five stars except all the time I was there, room service never came to tidy up. I'm not sure, maybe they were short staffed? Our garbage was overflowing and we had to result in using a plastic bag to add more garbage. We went to Denny's twice for breakfast since the hotel restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. I do not recommend Denny's .....it is so ghetto. When we finally did eat at the restaurant hotel I was impressed because they actually used quality food and ingredients! Plus they are professional and provide service with a smile. Just make a note this hotel does NOT offer free breakfast and we knew that when we chose to stay here. I recommend this hotel.
