room was dirty, toilet seat with stool stains, after too many complains and insist to change the room , they did change it as if they make me favor by providing clean room!!
any way i went directly to see the toilet seat and was same dirt around it.
I asked more water and tea and towels, they provided some and ignored the other requests after calling more than 10 times.
going to complain to consumer rights, as i didnt pay to stay in dirty room and meet unfriendly staff who shouts at me.
That said, the chairs in the room could use some improvement. While they looked nice, they were quite old and made loud, distracting noises whenever used. This took away slightly from the otherwise relaxing environment. Additionally, we had to request slippers, which we expected to find in the room since our booking was fully inclusive.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with great potential. With a few updates to the furniture and small details, the guest experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future.
