good experience at all just they're no breakfast at the hotel.
I booked one twin room through Agoda app including breakfast, they denied in the morning and drag me to reception from the restaurant to prove myself. Upon showing my booking confirmation, they agreed to serve breakfast for adults only not for the kids..this was embarrassing, harassment and insulting for me. I'm very disappointed 😞
Parking is tricky, although they sell the idea of "free parking" while it's not always the case. They have one security guy who is willing to assist you to park your car. Most evening time the parking is full and you either park outside, or on the ramps.
Cleaning is bad to average, with the small number of cleaner they have; you can't really blame the staff but the management who is not able to schedule and manage the cleaning of the property. They promise that cleaning is twice a week but they barley come once or never.
The rooms are okay in size, but the furniture is very poorly maintained and kitchenware is all mismatching and old.
Lifts were "out of service" most of the time of my stay (almost 3 months). one was out of service and in few weeks another one went bad, so we left with 1 lift serving everyone in the building which is not ideal. Sometimes you wait for 5 to10 minutes.
I would say the hotel has so much potential considering the location and the facilities, which are all ruined by the poor management.
