Stayed for 2 nights room was nice and cosy…the pool was a little crowded on the first day and full of children so not the most relaxing but still nice none the less

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Right from the valet service to the courteous front desk executive Ibrahim. Was generously upgraded to the executive suite and was welcomed to the lounge by the cheerful host Lean. The cakes served there were delicious. Shout-out to the chefs Sandun & Anthony!!

The hotel is old. The furniture is tired. But it is clean enough, tidy, the room was neat, smelled nice. At the reception they gave me a free adapter for a European socket. They printed out the documents - they helped.

We booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area...

Room service excellent particularly Alam, Salauddin, Maria and Sanjay. I suggest DAILY MENU TO BE CHANGED specifically for company in-house guest. Staying in emirates plaza was awesome. The girl from the reception is so accomodating and room service is always on time. Having a chance on october i will choose emirates plaza.as i really feel at home.

My experienced in my stay at Emirates plaza hotel was great. The front desk storage and saito staff and the room service Maria, Evelyn, Yeb, SanJay are accommodating and the area is clean and a lot of bars to hang around. But with regards to the foods I suggest to have some new menu of variety of foods. Gym facilities will be great also for the hotel.

Generally speaking, the price is cheap

You look and you see a 37000 capacity stadium….bit wait there is a hotel inside. The room are spacious and have everything you need. Great views of the stadium from the inside. The prices are very competitive. There are some restaurants around the place but it is in a quiet part of town. I would recommend the place to stay.

Disappointing Stay The room itself was decent clean & comfortable bed. Unfortunately, two major amenities were malfunctioning: The air conditioning wasn't working, which made the room uncomfortably hot power plugs weren't working, making it difficult to charge devices or use electronics. I suggest contacting the hotel beforehand to confirm these amenities are functioning properly.

Comforting stay, Nice room in a gr8 location. Cool, Courteous and helpful staff. Free flow of water bottles, coffee , tea and milk sachets as and when asked for. The furniture was elegant and view from the room was amazing. The bathtub in the bath room provided the extra hot water dip relaxation.

I recently stayed at the Grand Vista Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views. The friendly staff made check-in easy and offered great dining recommendations. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The cultural experience at Al Jazeera royal hotel left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities, location and room services are exceptional. The staff (Amad ,toufeeq, sadique room service staff and two other receptionist )are also accommodating and friendly. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home.

I have stayed at this hotel for a week and my experience is mixed. Rooms at this price is exceptional and hotel located at nice location. Biggest mess here is the guy in reception, he must know the fundamentals of treating the customer prior to come to this job. He is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to the customers . Other than that all is well at this price.

Clubs are too loud, can disturb sleep for some depending on the room location. Also, bathroom walls were not clean. But, they were equally accommodating and upgraded our room to ensure comfort.

I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is inside the terminal, only a short distance in the terminal after the security check. The room was spacious, and the front staff were nice. I was glad to stay there during my 10 hours layover. I would stay there again if I have a long layover in Abu Dhabi.

We booked 3 bedrooms apartment and it was amazingly spacious. Everyone enjoyed it. It was clean and bright. Just a couple of things were missing, like there were no dust bins in the rooms except for kitchen and bathrooms (which was a tad bit hassle). I have stayed there for 5 nights and their service was amazing. Tye rooms are very neat and spaciousand so is the bathroom. It was a lovely experience. There is a small hall like area...open kitchen and they have provided a few plates and spoons for our use. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, etc. Overall it was a nice experience and i recommend this place

Good hotel appartment in this are with lots of Small / Medium supermarket and shops around. So man Food & refreshment shops are there nearby. Appartement are almost new and there is no issues of water, electricity etc... Rooms are spacious.
