Action Hotel

It was really a pleasant stay at Action hotel. Front desk staff Mr Yan was very polite, professional and helpful. Room was very neat and clean with all the amenities. Highly recommended, hope to see u soon again. Once again a big Thanks to Mr Yan 🤗☺️

Action hotel is a great hotel. It is cheap and the price is reasonable. The rooms are huge. Their staff is extremely friendly. They have a private parking lot. It is just a 3 minute drive to the beach. Their service is excellent and fast. There is a mousqe just across the street. Their hygiene is amazing. If they add a swimming pool, it will be great.

I had a great experience at Action Hotel during my two-day stay. My staying was comfortable, and I’d like to thank all the team.A special thanks to Receptionist Thient, greeted me with smile and handled my check-in smoothly. The room was clean, but there was no slippers , better to keep one .
The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Ms. Nancy is very accomodating and makes sure everything is settled. We rented out their meeting rooms which are perfect for small sized gatherings and events. The selection of menu is also great!

Our stay was incredibly awesome, the hotel room is spacious and the hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. Nancy and her team are topnotch, the breakfast has plenty of choices and the staff are well trained especially the Sri Lankan waiter and Sandra.

Pluses:

The rooms were spacious.
Good air conditioning system.
Comfortable beds.
Hot and cold water available.
The room had a refrigerator and a microwave oven.

Minuses:

Shower slippers and floor towels were missing on the first day, so I had to request them from reception.
Shower curtain was very yellowish
No nearby grocery stores, so you'll need to take a taxi or order online for any supplies.
Sofas need to clean
No BellMan came to help us with luggage

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. We would like to commend Arsha and Sandra for their great service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will recommend!
