Action Hotel Ras Al Khaimah in Ras Al Khaimah

The hotel was very bad, and the overall experience was terrible. The staff treated us poorly, and the place was not clean. The bed sheets smelled, and the cleaning was not done properly. At midnight, I saw some people coming out of the bar drunk, shouting, and the security did nothing about it. On top of that, one of the hotel employees kept looking at me in a creepy way. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all—it was a very bad experience.

My stay at Action Hotel RAK was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The manager was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills when dealing with guests. One of the Public Relations staff members treated us very poorly and even told us to leave the hotel, saying, "We don't want you here." This was shocking and unacceptable.

The rooms were not clean, and there was a persistent bad smell throughout the hotel. Insects were found in the bathroom, and overall hygiene was seriously lacking.Late payment for only two days, the staff turned off the air conditioning in our room, and the manager came upstairs, knocked on our door, and demanded we pay immediately or leave.

Even more concerning, one of the employees was behaving in an extremely creepy manner. He stared at me inappropriately and followed me into the elevator late at night—twice—while I was heading to print something. When we reported this to security, the manager, and the Public Relations staff, they dismissed our concerns and did absolutely nothing.

This hotel made us feel unsafe, unwelcome, and disrespected. I strongly advise others to avoid Action Hotel RAK. It was a deeply uncomfortable experience.

Nice place but the cleanliness is a matter of concern the rooms a spacious but you feel it no clean and tidy the bed sheets smelly and the floor is not mopped properly the utilities are fallen apart. The property needs to be revamped again. I will not stay again there or recommend to any of my friends
