Hygiene: The bed sheets and quilt covers are very clean and tidy, and the room is also very comfortable😌The only thing is that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste directly in the room. If you need it, you need to call to send it.
Environment: The hotel is like a holiday villa by the sea, with a private beach🏖️The area is very pleasant, and there are three swimming pools. Because I went late, only one infinity pool next to the bar is open until 21:00 in the evening. Swimming in the sea breeze and drinking a little wine, isn't this life?
Service: The service attitude is very good, and the phone call to send things is also very timely. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge will help you park and send luggage to the room. Maybe the whole area is relatively large (I didn't visit much due to time reasons), there will be a small shuttle bus to pick up and drop off everywhere. Next time, I must go early to enjoy it😎

From the moment we entered st the reception, the welcoming 'Shahid' made it all easy and beautiful... We knew we were going to enjoy!
She was so welcoming and provided us with all our needs and wants, even the services we didn't know were available....
Everything was beautiful... The villa, the restaurants, the scenery and atmosphere, the services.... Too bad our stay was short...
We'll definitely be going back for a longer stay when the weather is a bit cooler and less sunny (The very hot weather prevented us from really making use of our stay properly and making use of the VIP Package we got).. But now we know what will be awaiting us and we'll plan it accordingly 😊 But overall, AMAZING!!!
• There was a significant delay in receiving the villa.
• The place was overcrowded and could not handle the large number of guests.
• The staff appeared frustrated, lacked energy, and were generally unfriendly.
• None of the special requests made during booking were taken into consideration.
• We had to call 3–4 times just to get a single item, and most of the time, there was no response.
• Requesting a car required multiple calls, and even then, it would take more than 30 minutes to arrive.
• The entire place was extremely crowded.
• The restaurant was full with no available seating.
The receptionist was extremely rude when we called to express our dissatisfaction, responding in a very inappropriate manner.
When we requested to check out, we had to wait over an hour
The hillside views of the azure sea are breathtaking, especially from the infinity pools.
Food options are diverse, and the staff are incredibly attentive.
It's a serene escape, perfect for unwinding, with a distinct charm rarely found elsewhere.

However, the buggy service was very slow — we had to wait at least 20 minutes every time for a transfer from one spot to another.
The staff at Cinnamon were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Yousuf, Ajay, and Farhan. The food was okay — some dishes stood out and were quite good. The pool area was lovely and a highlight of the stay.
The room was comfortable, though there were minor maintenance issues like a clogged wash basin.
Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, and with better attention to detail, it could truly become a great destination. I might consider returning if improvements are made.
