We booked a family tent. We were not aware of the domes or safari tent, but I think we would have booked those if they had been available on booking. The tent was a bit old but the bed was nice. Lighting could easily be made better in the tent. The location and facilities were really great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice food, entertainment and views. Would love to go again.

We have stayed for 1 day and its our first time in this hotel, the Check-In staff are very accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Afzal the bartender, he is very friendly and hospitable especially us asian who come to stay in hotel, mostly Russian guest but we didnt feel we are different among all. He even recommended the longbeach for our next stay (definable will check it out for our next stay) thank you Afzal for being so kind. Highly recommended

Our company recently hosted an annual gathering event on 20th & 21st January 2025 at Long Beach Campground, Ras Al Khaimah and were beyond impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Our stay at Longbeach Campground was fantastic… The location is unbeatable > right by the water with stunning views and easy access to the beach. It is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel. Staff was helpful, especially at check in and check out Aubrey and Adnan was very helpful.
Especially Aubrey provided us full information before our arrival via phone, and was very accommodating after we checked out.
Quiet place to stay with the kids, also cats were taken care of. Our kids loved them.
Beach was good, just some dust come from nearby construction site.

My family and I loved the overall experience staying in Longbeach campgrounds. Both check-in and check-out process were smooth, and staff were the friendliest compared to other places we've been. Our kids had a great time at the kiddie pool and it was secured enough for us as parents to chill in the lounge beds and just let them be. Our only complaint was the lack of response our first night when I had to repeatedly call reception because the people behind our tent were so noisy, they carried on from 12midnight to 5am, my husband was not able to sleep a wink, and our kids kept waking up from the loud drunken laughter.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, special Mr. Amro, Mrs. Yashodara & Mr. Hossam, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is a forgotten gem. Even though it doesn’t look like much but it’s a great hotel, especially for the price. The food is amazing. You get to eat food from all corners of the world for a very very affordable price. I’ve actually never seen a hotel offer these many delicious food varieties. The beach and pool are also great.

The room was old and malodorous. The air conditioning barely worked, and its control was malfunctioning. The washroom drainage was blocked, and the flush handle was broken, which was truly disappointing. There was one small swimming pool where all the raucous partying occurred, leaving no space for children and families. At the very least, they should have had separate pools for families and for those who dislike drinking and loud music. The lunch and dinner menus were identical, without a single dish changed, which was quite surprising. Overall, I'm disappointed; by improving small things and implementing better management, these issues could be handled. It's not a place to visit, especially with a three-year-old child. There was no peace, and the room was noisy. We couldn't sleep until midnight due to the loud music and noise.
