From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and dust gathering in the corners. The unpleasant smell lingering in the air only added to the discomfort.

One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the quality of the food. Not only was it unappetizing, but it also had a foul odor that made it nearly impossible to stomach. I was truly disappointed by the lack of effort put into providing guests with a satisfactory dining experience.

Furthermore, the hygiene standards regarding the towels were subpar. Instead of feeling refreshed after a shower, using the towels left me feeling unclean. It was evident that they were not properly laundered and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect from a reputable hotel.

To make matters worse, insects seemed to be everywhere, further adding to the overall feeling of discomfort and unease. Whether it was ants crawling along the walls or flies buzzing around the room, it was clear that the hotel had serious cleanliness issues that needed to be addressed urgently.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an appalling experience. The hotel is clearly more interested in making a profit than in providing a decent service to its guests. The rooms and common areas are very poorly maintained and filthy, with an infestation of insects making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bedding and towels were stained and smelled bad, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair with mold and broken fixtures.

It’s evident that they haven’t invested in any repairs or maintenance for a long time. The noise levels were also unbearable, with thin walls and loud, inconsiderate guests making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. When I complained to management, they completely ignored my concerns and took no action. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking.

Additionally, the advertised amenities were either non-existent or in such poor condition that they were unusable. The breakfast was subpar, with stale food and limited options.
