We stayed as a family in hotel rooms 610 and 611, and had a wonderful experience. The standout was Danushka from guest services at the breakfast buffet—she provided excellent service! She was incredibly friendly, supportive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Rooms needs update specially the television wherein most Hotels are now using smart tv.
Food are align with international cuisine where most nationality can enjoy it!
Service is the most the I appreciate as they are all helpful, fast service and accomodating!
We will definitely come back on our next visit!

I spent five weeks at the Hilton Garden Inn. It has been a wonderful experience staying here. I never felt like a guest, but family. They were always kind and welcoming. Everyone is very service oriented and cares for one. I highly recommend staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah. Especially for a long stay, it becomes tour home away from home.

I can’t express how wonderful the staff at Hilton Garden Inn have been. The receptionists are 10/10 and always at hand to support whatever the need. The Room Service crew … outstanding! I would like to highlight Maryam for going above and beyond her duties and Dhanushi for her delightful smile and welcoming manner. Awesome experience.

We (Mahmoud's family) spent 5 nights at the hotel.. The booking process was smooth and swift. A follow up calls to confirm our suitable arrival time was made. Once we arrived, hospitality and greetings were great with a big smile from Ms. Natascha.
Rooms were spacious, neat, smell good and organized. Room service was just great Ms. Mariam, with a remarkable welcoming smile.
Food service - breakfast and dinner are delicious, fresh and fulfilling with various cuisine. The staff is supportive and cooperative with a big smile always - I remember by name, Ms. Dhanushi, who was really so kind and welcoming, also, Mr. Ahmed makes delicious Ommlet.
As overall, we enjoyed a lot staying at the hotel.

I am recently staying here, and it is a letdown in almost every aspect. The hotel operates on a system where all facilities and services are only available upon request. This approach is highly inconvenient, leading to delays in accessing basic necessities like toiletries and room service.
The restaurant is another disappointment. The food is far below acceptable standards, with bland flavors and poor presentation. Dining here is not a pleasant experience and added to the overall frustration.
As a Hilton member, I expect a higher level of service and quality. Instead, I feel like I wasted both my time and money. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and would suggest exploring other options.

We vacationed for two years in a row... For the New Year holidays. Really like. Wonderful staff...good service... Convenient location in the city and the beach of a 5* hotel at our disposal. The only thing that is a little disappointing is the lack of free drinks at dinner. We really want to come again.

Very unhelpful staff, under manning which reflects poor and delay in service, called reception & house keeping several times for more than an hour with no response or false commitment, their duty manager is not reachable even when asked to transfer the call to speak to him.
They ask you to pay money but with no service so expect to pay but nothing in return.
