Villas in Dubai City

I was here from the roda al murooj down town to use the beach. nice clean beach.. not busy which is good. they will give you towels and a big umbrella if you need it. friendly staff..

It's clean, well run, friendly. The breakfast option is nice. We did not have a beach view room. I'd recommend a beach view room which would be a higher star rating review.

A place where you can forget the work ... and have nice moments. There was a nice kite surfing activity on almost daily basis.

Nicely located place. The chalets are clean and well kept. Good internet. Comfortable and spacious. There's ac and internet a washing machine and microwave but no kitchen supplies like washing up liquid, sponge, towel etc. There's a nice pool, gym, and sauna. And they just started a breakfast buffet. There's no room service. That should be kept in mind. It can be quite noisy at night over the weekend...

very good location, central for Dubai and everything was within a 25min drive. Villa was really spacious (every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was essential with three teenage girls!). We were so busy we only used the pool and restaurant services once but both were great, staff very helpful every time we needed something, so would use more often if we stayed again.

We enjoyed very much staying in villa 21, the villa is huge and it is very well organized with good furniture, we were 3 families and it accommodate all of us, the swimming pool is nice however it is not temprature controlled as it was very hot all the time. We would like to thank Mr. Eskender at the reception for his hospitality.

The perfect family or small group getaway. Home away from home. Friendly staff. Cozy environment with ample grounds for outdoor relaxation and other activities. Well furnished and spacious Villas, fully equipped with all the basic necessities. We loved it. Our kids never wanted to leave. our 3 night stay was too short. Will surely go back someday.

We had a great holiday in May with my family. The Villa has everything: big kitchen, bedrooms, shearing pool, privet sun beds on the beach, mini privet gym on the terrace, secured territory. You can go to the hotel, and spend the time in the big swimming pool and in the children corner. Also the Villa has cleaning service every day.

We extended the stay twice we loved it so much. The villa is just so big. Double the size of previous villas we stayed in on the palm before. We were nervous to book as we have found before with other properties they are not as good as the photos, however this villa was better than the photos and spotlessly clean! You can walk directly on to West beach, and have access to all the hotel facilities like...

Lovely villa, child friendly. The villa was spacious and the swimming pool was a very good size. The kids really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely look to come back.

My family and I stayed here last week. Lovely villa in a great scenic location, with a mall and super market nearby. Villa was clean and fresh. Pool was a great joy for the kids. Staff were attentive and communication was quick. Highly recommend Medlock Villas.

The villa is located in the Springs area and taxi drivers know the area well (so it's easily accessible from any part of Dubai). It's in a compound and has a security gate and officers who control who comes into the area, which is very reassuring when travelling with family.
