Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

I was very impressed by the hotel but mainly Vinith, he would ensure our room was deep cleaned every day. We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed.
